Going to have to give this a shot we've had a lot of rain in the past 2 days and I thought my water leaks were gone after I cleaned under the windshield cowl and now I've got water behind the driver seat and I'm pretty sure I got water in the spare tire area. These damn leaky Hondas smh
There are 2 other places that water can get in that people miss. In the back on the left and right side below the tailights is a vent. This vent has 2 clips and if one of these clips aren't snapped in place water will get in. The water runs off the lip of your rear bumper so if the lip is sticking out water will run down inside and on top of that vent then makes it way inside the trunk area.
Thanks for the tip, I have the same problem going to start with the taillight gaskets
yeah, mine leaked into the spare tire and rusted a hole through the bottom and messed up my jack. I'll check for these cracks! Thanks!
Can you just clean it up and uses black brush-able seam sealer to fill the cracks?
