The video is about reviewing brand new Logitech G Pro X 2 wireless headset. The main focus is testing the default mic and the blue icepop add on mic. I do also compare it to a podcaster XLR mic. It does aux, USB, bluetooth, and 2.4Ghz wireless all at the same time and will be the new flagship Logitech G product moving forward. ASTRO A30 review is largely very positive and I think this is an excellent gaming headset. I talk about how the Logitech G Pro X 2 works on PC, discord, Xbox, PS5, and mobile devices. I really enjoy using my Logitech G Pro X 2 on PC and ps5 at the same time. Logitech G discount code is above and coupon code.

The only difference I feel is the price between the two first lmao
First 2 were identical, slightly muffled, the XLR was clearer.
The second was better tbf
@@Jisu1337 1 and 2 sounded exactly the same to me
@@TheRhino2719cause they are
slightly better but not much@@Jisu1337
sounded the same both headset mics
Blue XLR sounded much better. The other two were similar quality.
Thanks for ur time!
Appriciated!
Glad to see you again I used to watch ur videos all the time when bo2 was the main call of duty
Can you do a longer video?
Wow I’ve never been the “audio suck” guy but that first 2 were bad compared.
You can get unparalleled mic quality with a separate £40 mic
And better sound with dedicated headphones. 90% of headsets are overpriced garbage.
Yeah I’m good on that I’ll just rock my SteelSeries
But then no side tone
Wheres the Link to logitech sponsor?
Sounds almost exactly the same. What a waste of money that blue icepop is
Do they work for Xbox
We're not going to see much of a difference on the Logitech G Pro X 2 Wireless. The bandwidth restrictions on the codec they use for the microphone is a terrible bottleneck, no change in microphone will fix it. Despite an increase in price from the original Pro X Wireless, the microphone still sounds like total crap. Sure, you can switch to wired to get things to sound better but at that point, why did we pay $250 for a wireless headset? Very disappointed in this product.
I buy a headset for the headset, not the mic. I have a stand alone mic for that
@@foreverrockinout Really entirely defeats the purpose of buying a wireless headset
@@Jack-pc9spthe mic is whatever but the headset audio is so much better.
I bought it for 15 bucks on aliexpress. I did some googling, and the difference is barely noticeable, but at least I have a replacement mic if needed.
It is worth noting that I am at risk of having my card and identity compromised, but at least I saved about 35 dollars.
Are people tone-deaf? The first one sounds as if he is speaking into an aluminium can. There is a significant difference between the first and second, even if that difference is much wider between the first two and the third.
You bought the second one and feel like you lost out. I get it. But they sound the same.
@@Jose-xo1dethere may be like a 5% improvement, and I’m being generous 😅
What happened to mw3 in depth?
I literally just bought these for my PC. I already have the Audeze Maxwell for both my PS5 and Series X. Yes, I know they'd both work for/with my PC, and they're far superior, but I wanted to try something different and see how it compared.
Is it good?
The 2nd one just sounded very slightly less muffled. Tbh I am an outlier because I actually like little bits of muffled headsets reminds me of old xbox game chats.
wireless is just not good when on PC.
Of corse the hundreds of dollars mic is better than the headset mics...
You can get that quality sound for under $100.
The biggest point was that the $50 attachment sounded exactly the same
@@Metalholic210 hey man, i know this is a bit late.. but i am allllll over the place trying to find the best setup for myself -- could you recommend a mic under $100, with that sound quality please? (i assume you were referring to the XLR mic quality..)
@@Allison_Chanes no worries bro. There are plenty for around $100. The Shure SM58 is a legend. You've seen it a hundred times and don't know it. Countless bands, comedians, etc. all use it. If you want even cheaper the Behringer XM8500 is a knock off of the SM58 that sounds really close. These are both XLR mics so of course you need an audio interface or adapter to plug it to USB.
I'm a musician, engineer and I own both these mics plus a ton of others. Good luck!
I use Shure SM7B.
I returned that headset yesterday it’s literally overpriced garbage.
why does the wired original logi pro x sound so much better than these
I'm wondering the same thing. I just "upgraded" to the x2 and everyone says I sound muffled
Because it's..........................WIRED.
garbage. the pro X 1 mic was actually better
true
Do you need a pilot's license for approval to own such a device, just the win at a video game?
Helicopter and jet pilots need sound proof headsets for communication. Video game players do NOT.
huh? what kind of argument are you even trying to make?
@@Garrb When gamers resort to buying outlandishly overpriced gear just so they can win, it is the epitome of the cliche: More money than brains......
@Joshua_James_Howard I mean that's almost all hobbies ever. There's always going to be more expensive than necessary gear for hobbyists who don't mind spending the extra money. And from what I understand this headset isn't advertised towards those specifically trying to get an upper hand in gaming. And also this headset doesn't have sound cancelation.
@@Garrb It isn't a hobby for the players that buy those headsets.
Players that typically use those headsets get paid and they play like it is life or death, because they play as a JOB.
MLG = Men Lacking Girlfriends
@Joshua_James_Howard Just because you play a game competitively doesn't mean it isn't a hobby, and what you just said is stupid and contradicts your whole argument in the first place. You said pilots need better headsets because it's necessary for their job. But if a pro gamer's job is to play good, then wouldn't it be stupid to not have good gear? You make no sense at all, and you insulting them just makes you sound jealous.
