  • The John Carter of Mars books by legendary sci fi and fantasy writer Edgar Rice Burroughs have served as a major source of inspiration for RPGs like Pathfinder 1e. Today D6Damage is bringing you a series that will look at bringing the world of Mars, its fierce monsters, thrilling adventures and iconic characters like: Dejah Thoris, the green Martian warlord Tars Tarkas, and of course, the fighting Virginian himself, John Carter to your next tabletop RPG.

Yeah, it Tron Legacy and Pirates of the Caribbean were all part of an underappreciated era of Disney adventure movies.

The Green Martians sound a lot like a mix of the Trox and Kasatha from Pathfinder proper. 👍

Definitely going to be covering that in the series, there are a lot of cool sci-fi ideas worth talking about in JCM.
