      Yeah, they're wanting him to be generic and do the same thing every other UFC CZcamsr does...how stale. I'm here for the intricacies of the fights we likely don't catch live. Not to hear Cory's opinion on Paulo Costas latest tweet.

    I love post fight breakdowns way more than all that pre fight guessing bla bla. I think analyzing what actually happened is so much more interesting.
    Picking out some noteworthy techniques makes the videos short and concise, which is great. No unnecessary fat.
    The only thing I'd try out is a different kind of boom mic set up that allows you to move and talk without any rustling noise.

    I just want to say what a treat it is for me, a hobbyist in his 40s, to have free access to this kind of knowledgeable analysis and instruction from a highly skilled pro fighter like you. I used to train in my 20s and early 30s when I lived in a larger city but since having kids and moving to a house in a more rural part of Sweden I`ve just been doing a bit of muay thai to keep fit (those gyms are everywhere in Sweden, MMA is much less common).
    You seem to have a great eye for the sport. As a viewer it´s easy to tell you are a cerebral fighter but you are still able to explain things very well which is not a given in my experience. Some people can be great pro fighters but lousy coaches while others have had middling pro careers but eventually turned out to be great coaches - you seem to be able to do both extremely well! I am convinced you will become a great coach when you eventually decide to hang your gloves up and I am also convinced that your channel is going to blow up eventually. I am rooting for you to win that belt and I am also a long time fan of both your fights and your fighting style!

    My 2 cents would be...maybe add some interviews/convos and "Fight Companions". As great as the technical breakdowns are, there's a sizeable portion of the fanbase that isn't into that. So basically...more range with the content.

      Agreed would really Like to see Corey’s pics for particular cards. Like a being handicap would be cool. (Who he thinks gonna win and what percentage they have in his mind.). And then also I would like to see Corey talking about fights being made. Like - he’s in the bantamweight division. Keep us updated with his freaking injury and talk about who should be on UFC 300, etc. that kind of typical stuff really

    • @si.taze10
      @si.taze10 Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@leewaydeSo basically like every other CZcamsr that covers the UFC? The ones that can't do technical breakdowns because they've never actually done it themselves? Cory is giving us phenomenally unique content and y'all are literally asking him to be generic. You even used the word "typical" to describe what he should be doing. This is Cory Sandhagen; not The MMA Guru lol

    • @thewalkingdunning-krugeref9664
      @thewalkingdunning-krugeref9664 Před 2 měsíci +1

      @@si.taze10 There's nothing "generic" about expanding the possibilities of what he can cover. If he does it his way, I think it'd not only make the channel better...but get him more views (while being more entertaining). Seeing a tried and true style of conversation and thinking "Oh, that's generic" is silly. Good conversation is good conversation, and I think he could host some great guests. Doing something no one else does doesn't inherently make your content better.
