CASA DE PRAIA 428m² - MATERIAIS NATURAIS E CONFORTO

Os últimos dias na Casa Alba foram intensos! Muitas atividades acontecendo ao mesmo tempo, muitos problemas sendo solucionados (obra sempre tem), muitas conversas, muitas trocas, muito aprendizado!
Neste vídeo fiz um tour pela casa de praia com 428m² que foi pensada para “abraçar” a família nas férias e demais momentos de lazer. Ela foi projetada para uma família que gosta da relação da casa com a rua, então a área social interna possui aberturas envidraçadas e uma varanda aconchegante para curtir uma boa conversa com a família e amigos. As varandas foram projetadas com amplas coberturas para criar estes espaços acolhedores.
Além disso, era importante que tivesse relação com o pátio da piscina, assim ela se abre também para os fundos, unindo áreas internas e externas para uma grande área de convívio. Aqui o pátio se torna uma extensão da casa quando as portas de vidro se abrem, e assim as pessoas podem permanecer juntas enquanto cada uma está aproveitando uma atividade diferente. (Vou mostrar melhor esta relação em outro vídeo).
O uso de materiais naturais causa maior sensação de conforto e calor, as cores claras proporcionam tranquilidade, e a vegetação nas floreiras da cobertura trazem um charme todo especial que completa a arquitetura desta linda casa!

The last few days at Casa Alba have been intense! Lots of activities going on at the same time, lots of problems being solved (there's always a lot of work), lots of conversations, lots of exchanges, lots of learning!
In this video I took a tour of the beach house with 428m² that was designed to “hug” the family on vacation and other leisure time. It was designed for a family that enjoys the house's relationship with the street, so the internal social area has glass openings and a cozy porch to enjoy a good conversation with family and friends. The external spaces were designed with wide canopies to create these welcoming spaces.
In addition, it was important that it had a relationship with the pool patio, so it also opens to the back, uniting internal and external areas to form a large living area. Here the patio becomes an extension of the house when the glass doors open, so people can stay together while each is enjoying a different activity. (I will show this relationship better in another video).
The use of natural materials causes a greater feeling of comfort and warmth, the light colors provide tranquility, and the vegetation in the flower boxes on the roof brings a very special charm that completes the architecture of this beautiful house!
Soon we will have the final videos and photos of it completely finished and I'll come back here to show you how it turned out, but you can already see that it's going to be beautiful, right?!
