None of these are hard to say if you have the words in front of you. They would be infinitely harder to spell from someone saying the names to you verbally.

Started watching Disc Golf recently - Watched enough Mini Golf videos - was intrigued about Disc Golf - now I am a fan
I ike Uli on the commentary.
I find him a bit bland and not enough personality for commentary. Seems like he has a hard time keeping up with Jerm.
There is such a different vibe with the Ulibarri/Koling commentary compared to the Big Sexy commentary. Appreciate them both for what they are. Different chemistry offers a different feel. Ulibarri definitely has my sense of humor. Great coverage and awesome commentary. Thanks for the laughs.

Also, I don't think I remember seeing a card where pretty much everyone is super good at literally every kind of shot. Big ups to Ulibarri who's been making huge strides in his game over the last year. Guess he lost some(one's) dead weight (if you know what I mean!)

Start of 2023 checking in. Course changes since this. Hole 3 the pin is back farther right on the cliff. Hole 5 tees off 70 ft back across the road. Hole 8 the pyramid is taller but really not many changes needed made it seems!

I saw one hit of the gap(McBeth) off the tee on hole 2 in 3 rounds, watching the best disc golfers in the world. I think that's evidence that the hole needs a tree or two removed, like quite a few of these holes. You can have a great woods golf hole without having lots of 10foot gaps you're expected to hit from 200 feet out. Iron Hill would still be a tight challenging course if 50 trees were removed, and it would be fairer course where skill would not have to be paired with luck when a great throw was made.
What width of fairway might a highly skilled player find reasonably challenging to hit 200 feet down the fairway? 15 feet? 6 feet? At what point is luck dominant in the outcome as opposed to skill? 1 hit out of 12 tries says luck dominates, not skill. I love woods golf and know that luck will always be a part of it, and that scrambling skill are an important part of the game. And great players miss reasonable fairways, but they don't miss them 90% of the time.
I like the idea of rewarding real precision though.
If I hit a 15 foot wide gap from 200 feet that's precision, and if I ricochet off a tree into the rough because the gap was only 10 feet wide, that's a good drive punished by chance - skill is not rewarded.

I'm not from Finland, but I studied Finnish twenty years ago. I think bread and butter in Finnish is Lepaa ja voita (roughly lay-pa ya voita). Some Finn correct me please.

Seriously, do players get some form of medical insurance deal from their sponsors? A trip to the ER is no joke and obviously players at this level don't have a full time job that would offer insurance benifits.

@@nuoksu Sorry if that came out wrong. Honestly wasn't meaning anything by that. Just legitimately worried about the well being of the top pros. I've been to the ER several times and hit hard with insurance. It was a serious question. I am just hoping they are able to get some form of coverage to help them out in times like this
I meant that it sounds harsh that a trip to the ER can ruin you economically. It's not a thought that even comes to mind if you're from a country where it's not possible.
