How many men in Germany who consume kilos of meat and kilos of asteroids, compete to be the strongest? Do not try to discredit him, he is vegan and he won in strength all the men of Germany competing to be the strongest. Nobody cares how one person sees another, what matters are the facts: he is vegan and healthy, as well as my grandfather (19 years being a vegan), my cousin (14 years being a vegan) and me (5 years being vegan) ), and many other people in the world. Now, what does discredit your opinion enough is that you are giving opinions based on prejudices, and if you have ever come to investigate the subject, also based on documents and studies that you do not know by who they are were finance. All to deny veganism. I am a nutritionist, and the vegan patients I have with me, follow a healthy diet that makes them healthy, four of them are athletes. This is something quite interesting too, did you know that a vegan diet helps regenerate the tissue and have a better performance in sports? Clearly you will deny it, you will not investigate or do experiments or to study a 4 year career, you will directly deny it because you have that belief deep inside your head. You don’t need to read a report to see the mass coral bleaching that’s occurring?
