Oh! You can do the meterless command grab on modern!?
What's the input for the teleport into command grab? 👀🙏
It’s three buttons for tp (eg LMH) and during the tp you press grab for the command grab
Forward or Backwards + LMH followed by LM (Grab)

@@otvertka1337x you can always assign the three button macro to the touchpad. (I play on a pad with extra buttons so I bind it to those instead)
@@anso3886 no touchpad on the xbox pad, oh well. I managed to pull it off couple a times today by adjusting my finger so that it is parallel to X A B buttons in a sorta uncomfortable grip, it's a fun move but also very easily punishable.

I really want to try Modern but I cannot figure out the stick button mapping : i have two rows of 4 buttons… I onlybplayed Modern Zangief in pad before 😅
Top Row: L M H Drive-Parry
Bottom Row: Auto, Special, Special + Heavy Macro, Drive-Impact
I would reccomend top row DI SP HSP Parry bottom row L M H auto so u can hold auto down with ur pinky finger makes it very easy and thats what I use
Is modern control effect my gameplay for long term?is it ok if i stay modern control forever? 😅
I think if you are a casual gamer its ok to use modern forever, if you want to play evo or tournaments or something like that the classic is better for that. This is my first street fighter and i play all my characters in modern, currently in diamond with almost every of them being a casual player.
@@user-dd2qb3vl3v in Japan modern players are getting very strong and reaching Legend Rank. With more new characters releasing, im pretty sure modern will be coming into tournaments aswell. Atleast in asia.

pretty much every other fighting game uses modern controls, and you can always manual input specials.
@@cesare4214 i think there was a modern player that got top 8 at evo but yeah we lose some options but we make the enemy be wary of us with the 1 button reactions

Yes you can do, u can check the inputs if u press L3 on Playstation controler or the right joystick button of xbox equivalent to L3@@John.D.Onepiece

I play modern as well I'm usually a diamond level player with my characters
@@TheGaara802 you can do the medium and heavy inputs at the same time, so you can map that to a button and make it square, square, L2 for example and make it an easy 3 button input.

I use a Xbox controller so I'll put X,X, and map both inputs to RB.

Direction input (⬅️or➡️) and all three kick buttons together. In modern the three buttons are Light Medium and Heavy.

Dude, the character hasn't even been out for a day and of course a Japanese person is making everything OP again. You can give up against Japanese people straight away, I always have no chance against Japanese people anyway
