13 inch socket on top, 17 inch box wrench on bottom, set blades to 2.5inch got it.....

Thanks man, this was just what I was looking for! I suggest that people put the mower flat so the blades are less likely to spin and to wear gloves for safety. I'll be on the lookout for a blade sharpening and maintenance video!

Theirs 2 black turn knobs on the rear, above the roller, that holds it together that you carefully take 1 knob off and theirs 3 holes in a vertical plate on each side…. Put knob on lowest hole to get the highest cut . I just wsnt to make mine higher cause 2.5 too short.. need 4” total height to cut
Why don't they make the height adjustment with a lever. Just seems like so much work.

I think you got the settings reversed. The inside rings will decide the height. Not the outside. Mine came with highest setting.
I checked mine and it already comes on the lowest setting plus you can lower the back rollers. Mine is on the complete lowest setting... I need to go lower lol.

What can I use to sharpen the blades?
Hello, I plan on making a video soon. However it’s a process to sharpen the blades on reel mower.
I believe there may be a video or 2 online, but yeah it’s to much to try & explain w/o showing steps on video as well.
My wheel bolt are just completely stuck
Hopefully there not stripped. I would try vice grips or return to store and explain you cannot adjust because of stuck bolts and exchange for different mower if you can.
If you can’t exchange, try WD 40 spray (let soak for 5 minutes) then use vice grips or ratchet.
Try not to use hand held pliers b/c you will not get the right grip needed. Good luck

Do the opposite of what this says, the video is showing you how to lower the height. The max height is supposedly 2.5 inches, and the lowest is .5 inches.
How can I tell by looking at it what height adjustment it's set on?
