Yeah sure haha, For HL Physics & Math, learn based off the teacher and her resources, do the exam-style textbook questions those are likely to be what your tests will have. Also if you want a high ib score unlike me, do lots of the past papers for paper 1/2/3, there's a google drive folder containing all those resources lmk if u need em my disc's electricochy#0354
Math: Math contests ftw or teaching ppl math or doing the hwmk TOK: Do good exhibition and essay that's all marks comprised of (oh and include bs tok terminology in both of them Ex. different truth tests they like to see that :)
These are the weirdest spread of ib results i've ever seen. A 7 in HL math is insane though.

Practice makes perfect, anytime u learn a new concept and new questions, practice and look back at it
Notes?? Just practice and repeat as much as you can. Easiest subject to improve at / self study.
