The cup method looks so fire, because once you wear it, it contours to the shape of ur head. I would always recommend over curving a hat because it uncurves as you wear it

But make sure you put in the effort to curve everything properly or else you get the house. But instead of overnight you could have a perfect brim in 10 minutes

Skip the rubber bands. Use a long zip tie. The beauty is it's adjustable so you can easily fine tune it to get the curve you want.
