NWH:
Peter swings home and a mob surrounds his apartment. Happy gets them out and May calls a particular lawyer. Peter and Matt Murdock lose the case and Peter is in prison (Morbius graffiti link). Whilst there, Doctor Strange tells Peter to break out and find him (like he did with Thor in Ragnarok) and he, Ned and MJ go to the Sanctum. He says the multiverse is breaking and realities are merging together (Loki ramifications) and makes Peter a new magic suit to bring the multiversal villains in. Peter fights them (Electro, Doc Oc etc.) but gets injured. Andrew saves him and brings him back (he's been around for a while). Strange makes them new suits and they go hunting. They both get their ass handed to them and then the villains attack the Sanctum. MJ dies thanks to Willem Dafoe's Goblin and Tom gets his crying moment like Andrew did with Gwen. Andrew then helps Tom emotionally and then Strange brings in Tobey for backup. The final fight happens at the Statue of Liberty and they send them back, Tobey and Andrew included. Tom then goes back and uses a magical object to make people forget who he is and bring back MJ. It works, kinda like the Thanos snap, but MJ doesn't know who he is. Post Credits will be MCU'S iteration of Gwen Stacy.
Judging by pictures released I think this'll be the case.
