Just as a warning for everyone: Not all fruit is vegan like she says, at least not in all countries. Often citrus fruit gets a wax layer over them to make them more shiny but it is often shellac which of course isn't vegan. Where I live organic fruit never has that layer but I don't know if that goes for every country. Do some research to be sure! Also, Í'm Dutch so I hope Remy sees this so she knows for the next time she's here.

I don’t do meal plans personally, but I just use a simple checklist format to write out my grocery list by category or location at the store :) you can use the grocery guide as a template on notion then drag into a “to buy” section as well

Soyboy (lol) tempeh is certified GF, I personally don't have issues with buying regular tempeh (as long as it doesn't have added grains like barley)
