So I’d have to pay for fuel+ maintenance+ insurance on my own equipment and only earn 82% of the base rate per block/contract 😂
That's how it works when you lease on to mega carriers. Your a fool if you think otherwise. You don't like it pay for your own authority
@mannyactual The industry standard for owner operators is 12 percent, good places are doing 10 percent now too. But not a bad deal for someone looking for consistent work. Goodluck brother.

Looks good but asking for owners to run and cover fuel with no pay for two weeks along with all other expenses is asking to much sorry brother
That's how I started and Im still running 100 percent Amazon. I'm not asking for handouts and this video is not intended to give a handout. I have access to contract freight. Im one person so what I look like give out fuel cards on equipment that's not mine.
@@mannyactualSo your basically your running a fleet under Amazon? Question: when you hire a driver, do you initially add the driver identity info to Amazon, so they're able to verify that driver at the time of delivery?
Great way to go broke in trucking. Not everything out there is $$$.
