Check out a song called don’t pray for me it’s really good and it’s not so old that it’s crazy heavy but much heavier than this and also it’s cool cause it has vibes of slipknot and disturbed thru out the song

Love this song lol. Still listen to it on every single one of my playlists. I know the elitist fans out there make comments about people asking for their “newer” stuff lol. Let me explain.
Their older stuff is good. It’s just simply not the kind of music I gravitate to. Too much screaming in their first albums. A few songs like Someone Somewhere (where the screaming is minimal if absent) are great tracks, but they’re few and far between. Other ones that I like are too dark for my tastes (yes even too dark for me, especially when I’m down) so for the most part, I simply am not a fan of their older stuff, not as much as their newer music.
So to you elitists out there, lol, calm yourselves. Don’t like the new stuff? Fine. But don’t act like fans of AA know nothing simply because they prefer their new music over the older stuff. For me, From Death to Destiny was the beginning of AA that I enjoy and will recommend to people.
Love your reaction, Lee. Sorry for the rant lol. This song was important to me back when I heard it first. Made me like myself again. Tried to change myself so many times for others, simply because I was told who and what I should be. But I only started feeling happy after I realized the problem wasn’t me, it was simply not accepting me for who I am. It’s a great song. 💞
This song is the "new Asking Alexandria", when they already went downhill (though this song is not as bad as their latest stuff). However, the best stuff they released was from their first three albums. Most of their old fans don't even listen to their stuff released after 2014. You should react to their earlier songs (The Final Episode, A Prophecy, Run Free) to hear the real Asking Alexandria. They used to be a metalcore band, not pop rock.
