- Unless you have been living under a rock the past few days, you should be familiar with the controversy surrounding F1 24's release, more specifically it's handling model. Lots of people have been quick to dismiss the model as being horrendous and unrealistic, without going into detail why. I'm here to explain why the handling model is better than you think.

Feels like they just caved in to what the loudest were demanding. Now the game drives like f1 23 on crack.
Exactly, all these youtuber and esports guy saying the handling is garbage are idiots. First time I played this it reminds me of Automobolista 2, at high speeds the downforce kicks in so grip increases, at low speed you lose that downforce.
It's easy to jump on the bandwagon because it's cool to hate on new things. It's rarely productive or helpful
it is terrible, but to feel it you have to be somewhat fast, thats why esports drivers dont really like it

I’m one of the few that liked it.
It just felt more realistic to me I loved using the throttle to punch through corners like real F1 drivers do loved the feeling of the weight on the tires during high speed corners. I felt like I could actually feel the cars limits much better.
Take the time to go into your damn settings like real f1 drivers do anyway and go to ur controller or wheel configuration and find the settings that work best for you & it’s much better than 23. Everyone doesn’t wanna take the time to learn something new tho they beg for new then cry when they get new. Y’all ruined it they caved to you people
People had it too easy with the F1 23 traction model and now that they have to step out of their comfort zone, they dont feel good 😅
it might be better for casual drivers, but if youre driving at the limit you can see how bad it is
Like I said, it definitely has an uncanny feeling to it sometimes. However, the groundwork for the handling overall is very promising.

@@FormulaKai I do hate the handling a little bit after the update but more or less the game isn't that bad
@HashimRizvi69 yeah they made it similar to F1 23, which Im against. 23 was good but I dont want to play the same game twice.
@@FormulaKai the car did feel better before the update and although like you said 23 was good, no one wants to play that game for another year
24 handling is better than 23. 24 you can actually feel the grip in the corners and under acceleration. 23 always has this feeling like the car was always floating on top of the track with no feel that I hated.
24 way worse than 23 on every aspect
