Tbh I think that Ocean EDT is one of the best casual and versatile warm weather fragrances you can wear. I often miss it, even if I'm usually more into "old style fragrances" for the heat.
I'd be willing to bet the "saffron" is the Amber Extreme. In its raw form, AE smells like rubbing alcohol and it's powerful af. True saffron like the oleoresin is too expensive to use in mass perfumery nowadays, so the nose-burning spiciness is commonly misinterpreted as a spice, when it's really a woody amber. Any additional spices or sweet materials are often used to mask that oily rubbing alcohol burn. It's basically been the foundation for mass-targeted perfumery since the mid 2000s and really taking off in 2015, culminating with the current elixir trend. Kinda funny how they're not even being shy about it anymore, probably because they know people are catching on. 😄 Ps, congrats on 230K!
I put this on my skin today and was pleasantly surprised. I'm not a fan of spice or leather, and well, this has spice and leather - but it's a unique twist. Odd timing for this release as we're upon summer, but it is what it is. I'll ultimately pass because the leather became very prominent as it settled on my skin. Yes, this is very masculine and will grab attention. Perhaps I'll revisit this fall; hopefully, when the price falls as well.
Edts used to have the performance of today’s parfums and a fraction of the cost. Now think of paco rabannne 1 million. Every one is releasing parfums and elixirs as a way to charge more but your not getting anything stronger than adts from 15 years ago
Got Luna Rosa black and loved it so much,I was in the mall and blind bought this. I’m still not sure if I love it definitely like it a lot more now but thought it smelled to synthetic vapor rub mixed with faux leather . It was a huge let down when I bought thinking it would be oceanic.
There's not many fragrances that I plan on grabbing this year just because I don't really have an enthusiasm to grab them but this one I have to grab and my scent of the day is Hugo Boss bottled Pacific

The Most Wanted and Stronger With You Absolutely are two of my favourite scents, and I haven't smelt Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme or Sedley. So, it's a difficult choice.
Prada is making a mistake focusing on Ocean just because it's its "blue" fragrance. Black and Carbon are better. Perhaps it's the season that they want to make a release for an "Ocean" fragrance, summer approaching and all but still. The other flankers are getting discontinued or something. And the L'Homme line is left with just 1 flanker. That said, this fragrance should be nice. I want to test it, for sure.
The prices are getting ridiculous. Also I want the gucci guilty elixir but I just don't want to pay 185.00 . Where can I find the gucci guilty love edition? I really want...glad to see you back on
it smells like a thicker less fresh version of the edt with a saffron note like marc antoine barrois ganymede that smells like a saffron suede. it dries down to boss bottled elixir sweet francensince

Spring & Fall would be the best time for this one in my opinion and particularly in the evening for both seasons. That's of course subjective but I think most would agree this is not a summertime scent AT ALL!

To me this smells more old school/classic scent from the 90s and early 2000s.

Just got it for 80€ and a small Prada bag as a souvenir. I really like the scent, but what I like most is how the smell evolves with the hours.
They should have released Carbon flankers instead of this

To me it has mixed vibe between Boss Bottled edt and Tom Ford Noir extreme edp.
