Ingredients:
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 tomato
2 garlic cloves
vegetable oil
6 breakfast sausages
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
4-5 potatoes
600 ml (2 1/2 cup) water

This is remarkably similar to some of the meals I made for myself in bachelor years. I usually omitted potatoes, though, and served the sauce and sausage over a bed of steamed rice. Great recipe. Danke fur das Teilin!

My friend, I'm Irish so I'm probably going to eat anything with potatoes, lol, & my wife is German/Austrian so she will have to interpret for me & even though I do most of the supper cooking( I like to cook) she will be the one cooking this recipe & she is a very good cook.very nice recipe my friend(s), btw, good side items would be buttered spaetzle( sorry, not sure of that spelling), & some red cabbage vinegar based slaw warmed up, delicious.
