    There's a chocolate raspberry Oikos and a banana Oikos that I really like and I add powdered peanut butter to them to make them even yummier. I also add the peanut butter powder to the no sugar added chocolate pudding. I tried adding my chocolate whey protein to it but I find it just too gritty. I prefer Liberte Greek yogurt or Skyr because it doesn't have all the dairy fillers like skim milk powder in it and the protein level is a little higher. I'm in Oshawa so I pretty much have access to the same stuff that you do. Thanks for another video! You might also consider watching Dr. Vuong's videos on CZcams. He's a bariatric surgeon and motivational speaker. He's "real talk" so you might have to look past a few "choice words for effect" in his talks but the messages are good. He has quite a few videos on regain that you might get something from. Just a thought. Looking forward to the next one! Heather xo

      Thanks for the recommendations on the videos and the yogurt. Unfortunately, I hate banana flavoured things so I will pass that one bye LOL

      @@wowmamaerinrny9646 LOL I can understand that. I used to love bananas and now they don't love me. It's the only banana I can eat now that doesn't make me sick. LOL
