1. 0:05 {Does Exodus Condone Abortion?} Does exodus 21: 22 really condone abortion? I've seen multiple commentaries and translations, and it does really seem like abortion is accepted as the baby's life appears to be less valuable.
2. 10:58 {How Long to Date Before Marriage} Is being in a long-term dating relationship wise? And how long should you wait for someone to make the decision to marry you or not?
3. 14:32 {Why Did God Create Drugs?} Why would God create psychedelics, since they lead so many astray?
4. 20:39 {“Too Much Bible”?!} How would you respond to the phrase “Too little Spirit, too much Bible”? I’d love to know how to respond.
5. 25:03 {Can I Marry a Divorced Person?} My fiancée came to the Lord after our relationship started and I recently found out that she has been divorced twice. Has she been forgiven, or should we call off the marriage?
6. 30:17 {Why Did God Give the Law First?} Why did God, knowing everything, give the Law first and not go straight to grace with Jesus?
7. 35:50 {Can Christians File Restraining Orders?} Does 1 Corinthians 6 apply to restraining orders? A boy in a Christian household was harassing my sister, and my parents were told it was wrong of them for filing a restraining order.
8. 42:34 {Eternal Forgiveness vs. Accountability?} Why does the Bible say we will give an account for every idle word if we will be forgiven?
9. 48:45 {The Father’s Spirit or Spirit of Christ?} In Matthew 10: 20 the Spirit is the Father's Spirit, but elsewhere it says the Spirit is that of Christ. How does this work with the Oneness vs. Trinitarian views?
10. 52:22 {Personal Relationship = Biblical?} Does the Bible actually talk about having a personal relationship with Jesus?

@@ST52655 You're welcome! God bless you!
Thank you sarah!
Appreciate the list, I also appreciate the fact that Mike Winger pins these timestamps, shows me he isn't all about the views
Had to pause for a moment there. It looks like the video posted about 14 hours ago, but Sarah, posted the time stamps 2 days ago. Is Sarah also among the prophets? Oh, wait, this was prerecorded. Just an insight into the hard work you all are doing behind the scenes. Good job.
@@davidwilson5048 haha! He said he wanted them done quickly, so I went back in time and did them just to be extra sure it was quick enough. 😉
I was a muslim and converted to being a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ... I prayed to God one time with all my heart asking him to show me if he's real and he did. The holy spirit has been helping me in faith and in acceptance to God's words. I hope to keep growing in the knowledge of his truth. Amen❤❤❤❤❤
That's a good thing you have there. The knowledge of Jesus Christ. God's grace is sufficient
The greatest gifts God's given man is his word and the holy spirit
Moreso, God's made it possible for me to help my local church and my community as I keep getting $65,000 monthly from the digital market. I started with $7,500
I'm genuinely curious to know how you earn that much monthly
Big thanks to Mrs Renee Marie Harrison
I was in that position at one time and ended up "with child." Since I was under-aged, I could have had an abortion to get rid of the, "problem." Even at my tender age, I would never have wanted to murder my baby just to keep things quiet and to get out of the fact that she had the right to live. We're all older now and I look at our daughter and her children and her children's children, one of which was just born last evening. (Five Greats, now!) They all would not be here in this life if I had had our daughter murdered because I was under-aged.
We just passed our 60th wedding anniversary this past July. I have no regrets about anything, except causing my family shame, which they didn't deserve and I wasn't raised to be that way. Because of the circumstances, no one could rejoice and celebrate our little one, but they all stood by me, each in their own way.
Doing 10 questions allows you to answer them all more carefully and in depth. Please continue to do it this way!
The 10-questions videos are literally half the time of the 20-question videos.
@@fh1980ram He spends more time on each question. On the 20 question videos the questions toward the end usually get a lot less time than the former ones.
Weekly Mike Winger is back! 🤩 10Qs fine with me.
My pastor, Bill Gehm, from Grace church in Amarillo, Texas mentioned you in his sermon Sunday. He follows you 💕
Mine also!
How cool!!
Aww man, mine mentioned Joel Osteen and how wrong he is on Psalm 34 on Sunday, I kinda wish he mentioned Mike. He bangs on about John Dixon mostly. Oh and the Princess Bride too 😂
Mike's name was brought up in a sermon here... for his "Evidence for the Bible" series. Let's keep Mike in continual prayer!
Hey I’m from Amarillo, too.
As a former drug addict lost in psychadelics from marijuana to mushrooms to LSD to HDMA and beyond....telling an addict "it's not your fault" is not compassion, it's sentimentality. It's not Sensitivity, it's Senusality. Ephesians 4:19 hit me hard
@tylerh2548 Praise God who cleanses us even from things like addictions. I recently read 1 Corinthians 6, and I think you will find verse 8 through the rest of the chapter especially edifying. I would encourage you to read it when you have the chance. It has certainly touched me recently
Yes, the Lord offers us freedom from slavery! He will walk beside you out of addiction. I'm 2 years Tabacco free. I smoked for over 30 years. Praise Jesus ❤

@@nicolethompson8613 Jesus and CBD. Seek Him, lean on Him. He put CBD in my life. It was useful for about 1 year, then it fell away.
Thank you for simply re-organizing your program. Life needs change, and we're all glad you worked it out.
I think 10 questions every week will be better all around. It maintains a regular time, so people don't have to remember, and it shortens the time to a more manageable re-watch. It makes it more likely that more people will actually benefit. And, I would guess it's better for you to, brother Mike.
Well said! I agree.
"Social media helps normalize odd behaviors" THIS all day long. What's that quote... what one generation tolerates, the next generation will embrace? All the oddness you see going viral on Social Media now will be reality for your kids and/or grandkids. Equip them well 🙏✝️
I'm just tickled by how excited you get by finding Jesus in the OT. I feel the same and frequently have tried to share that excitement with others. I mostly get strange looks, so it's always nice to see someone share that enthusiasm. I'm working my way through Jesus in the OT and thouroughly enjoying it.
I try to find Jesus in every chapter in the OT. There are a couple places that he is right there and we’ve missed him. Read Gen 18-19 and you’ll see Jesus standing in Abrahams tent.
Thank you! It's always been something I've enjoyed while watching Pastor Winger. Even now, he is giddy and almost child-like with excitement to share God's Word, and that never gets old for me! I'm just happy I'm not the only one who sees it, lol.
God bless you! 💕✝️💕🇺🇲
Yaaaas.....I mean, same. 😂 I geek out so hard, and everyone is like.....ok, that's nice. *pat pat pat*
@beebarfthebard I understand 💯% what you mean. I especially enjoy recommending him to young people and newborn Christians!
I don't know how long you've been watching Pastor Winger, but I noticed you said you were watching the "How To Find Jesus In the OT Series" now. I began watching Pastor Winger a few months or so after he started that series. It's definitely worth the time.
God bless you! 💕✝️💕🇺🇲
TBH, my brain feels like it's going to explode when I try to watch all 20 questions in one session. 🤯 With today's video, I grabbed my Bible right after and spent some time looking deeper into a few of the questions that piqued my curiousity. So yeah, my vote is for more 10 questions! 👍
Q. 2. Great advice here. Don't stir things up. Keeping a distance physically is important.
As a good (female) friend put it, "Once you kiss a guy, you can't think." So, keep a safe distance and a clear head.
I don't see anywhere in exodus 21:22 where suggests that abortion is supported. No context before or afterwards either. "Gives birth prematurely" doesn't suggest abortion..and no injury suggests otherwise. The fact that the verse doesn't cover "if there is injury", or the absence of that statement doesn't suggest otherwise either. The Bible also says that God hates the hands that shed innocent blood. So who are the most innocent? A child, unborn child. Personally, I think there is so much in scripture that condemns murder. To take an ""innocent"" life, unborn or an adult without, especially with malicious intent is murder.
Agreed, the issue is about collateral damage. More controversial to modern ears is the clear implication that the mother is the property of her husband.
In Biblical times, if a woman went into labor before her time, the baby would be born dead. However, since there are a lot of causes for miscarriages, there are going to be massive problems of proof.
I thought this verse shows that causing the death of an unborn child here is like manslaughter and requires and eye-for-eye kind of penalty for the one who caused it.
Like the exact opposite of the pro-choice argumentation.
Accidentally causing the death of someone already born means fleeing to a city of refuge (Ex. 20:12-14) so accidentally causing death of the unborn shouldn't be punished more harshly. Also, if this verse was limited to cases of premature delivery where the baby would live, the punishment of a fine would be largely meaningless -- both because most cases of premature birth resulted in the death of the child and because the birth of a healthy child would be evidence that the birth was not premature.
Scroll up and see my comment about this. I think this verse is excellent in support of the Unborn and shows how valuable they are, not how LITTLE they ae valued.
Fridays with Brother Mike is always a blessing! Doesn't matter if it's 20 or 10 questions. Thank you for your love, compassion and thoughtful teaching.
So strange to hear "10 Questions" instead of twenty after so long.
When you addressed the "too much Bible" question, I was so encouraged. Someone recently said something like this in a group setting I was a part of... I'm the person who quotes the Bible constantly and I didn't know what to make of it. Thank you so much 💖
I feel like Question #6 should be given an hour-long video for itself. Such a huge AND important topic that a lot of new Christians struggle to understand. And yet, such a wonderful thing to finally understand when you do!
I think 10 questions is good. I love your teaching, Pastor Mike, but alot of times, I dont have 2 hours at one time to engage. 1 hour is good!
Re: question 1. Is not the "harm" related to the children coming out?" and "life for life" etc etc, directly related to the life and limb of the children? The reality of child birth, or pre-mature birth, would have little to do with the mother loosing an eye or foot or burn or wound or stripe. The only possibility would be loosing her life which would be associated with the normal problems of child birth, even if full term.. This verse actually makes the pre-born children's life equal with the man who causes the "harm."
A premie can have lots of difficulties, some life threatening in the short term, so there can be great harm to it, even when it lives
According to my Jewish Publication Society copy of the Torah, the "harm" that may be punished is harm to the mom ... if a woman gave birth prematurely in biblical times, the child would likely die -- unless it was so close to the due date that you couldn't tell if it was premie.
@@geraldbritton8118 agreed. That is why the second part of the scripture, _eye for eye, tooth for tooth_ must apply to the unborn child. Which means the unborn was seen by God as a complete human.
@@irasoso32 Of late, I have been listening to Messianic Jews. I find trust their insight, That is, Jews who have come to believe that Jesus is the messiah. On the other hand, I have less confidence in Jews who do not recognize Jesus as the Messiah thereby questioning their understanding of the OT. Having said that. I gave my reason for thinking the "harm" is better applied to the child. Like I said; eye for eye, tooth for tooth, burn for burn, applies more to the child than to the mother. A premature baby may loose and eye, a tooth, a foot and even their life, but I doubt the mother will loose according to the list. A miscarriage was equally as dangerous as full term child birth. Just my opinion, it applies to the children more than the mother, although life for life applied to both the child and to the mother. Which means that God saw the unborn child's life in equal standing with the adult who causes the child's death, life for life.
CS Lewis once noted that it made sense to give Freud's opinions on psychology -- where he was an expert greater weight than his opinions on theology -- where he was not. Similarly, I give Jewish interpretations of the Tanakh (what you call the OT) greater weight than Christian ones due to greater experience and expertise.
On question 1, he gave an excellent and very biblical explanation. Amen
It always took me two weeks to get through 20 anyways! I like it!
“Just a second, I have too many windows open. I need to close some things out”. I relate, Pastor Mike. I reeeee 👏 laaayy 👏 tahhhh 👏
My family has started attending a Progressive church and rejects the Lord's teaching on homosexuality, inerrancy of scripture, etc. Im struggling to see how I can have unity with them, or if I should?
Edit: please read my follow up comment before replying. Everyone is misunderstanding my comment. I don't go to their church, so telling me "flee" or "run far away and find a bible believing church" is not answering the question I am asking.
I realize my question was sort of vague, but that's because I shortened it a lot because I was planning to try to ask on the livestream. But then it wasn't a livestream, so I just put it in the comments. I wish I had saved the longer version of my question before I shortened it, because it explained more of the situation, but I tried to make it short enough to be accepted as a livestream comment.
Only when people realize they are attracted to intimacy with the same sex when they carry grudges against the opposite gender, only then will they ask God for help in forgiving that gender. They aren't happy as they are. You could plant seeds on this knowledge if the soil conditions are right, but that must be guided by the Holy Spirit. To tell homosexuals that they are not living according to God's law will not confront the real issue.
Cass, I am sorry to hear that. My parents' church has become super progressive. They fly the rainbow flag and say that to be Christian you must be feminist and support LGBTQ. They were not always this way. When I grew up in this church, there were many conservatives. Now when I go visit my parents, I go to their church out of respect for my parents. I use it as an example of what not to believe. I am not saying that you should do the same, but I am saying that you should also consider how to dissent in a respectful way. I wouldn't condemn them unless they ask you your opinion. Show them how to live by your example. I will pray for you.
No! Run run run! Meet with Pastor if you can and let him know why in kindness.
No, you CANNOT have "unity" with them. There is a reason we are told not to be "unequally yoked" and it doesn't apply to just husbands and wives. You need to RUN, not walk away. They no longer are "yoked" to the Bible OR to God. Why attach yourself to an apostate church? You can pray for their leadership from afar. But you join with them, you will be the one dragged down to their apostasy. Get out NOW. Find a Bible believing church.
Time to flee! Only go to churches that submit to God's word. Don't partake in their condoning of sin.
You helped me a ton in my life coming to faith.
God bless you brother!
Wow, your analogy with your niece is really beautiful.
The best q and a of the week
Your gift of teaching has been such a continuous source of inspiration and information for me, I have learned so many important things on your channel that matter so much to me, like good apologetics. You are a huge part of my testimony Mike, God has used you tremendously in my life. You've made me a Bible nerd
That question 6 comparison was fantastic. Thanks. I've wondered that before.
With the divorcee question, I really wished you addressed that they're engaged and only after that has she said she's been divorced before. I think the grounds for having kept TWO marriages from someone is the issue.
Hey Mike! I just wanted to say thank you for all of your teaching over the years. I have benefited greatly from it all.
I wanted to leave a quick bit of feedback as well. This was my first time to sit down and listen to an entire episode of questions with Mike. Having it in a one hour format, makes it so much more digestible. It’s something that is two hours. Given that this is a weekly resource And not a referential theological teaching, I think going down to 10 questions is a great improvement, they will continue to tune in weekly!
10 questions is more digestible imo. Thanks Pastor Mike!
I think 10 every week is a good concept.
I like the 10 question format, because I'm more likely to have the time to listen to the whole thing
Question 6 was so beautifully answered! Thank you!
Great Mike.Weekly!!! Ten Questions!! Keep it up!! Great teachings!!

Ur answer to question 10 brings me so much peace. Thank you
Mike, your humility in answering question #5 provides so much weight to your other teachings. Thank you for being authentic to yourself and scripture.
YAY! Sooo glad you're going to do just 10 questions once a week. Love that you'll be able to take more and go in more depth with fewer questions. So glad that we won't have to wait 2 weeks. Thank you Pastor Mike! 🙏😊
I am a 74 year old grandmother. My age doesn’t matter really, but I have had parents who have strayed from biblical teaching. My father professed to being a Christian, but strayed into other teachings and a very progressive church before he died. My mother was also very liberal and did not attend any church in her old age. Several siblings are not Christian’s. Here is my advice to you. Respect your family, especially your parents. That does not mean that you should attend a church that does not teach Gods word. Christ made it clear that you should put Him first. Talk to your family. Explain where their church is in error from Biblical teaching. You don’t mention your age, but if you are able find a church that is true to Biblical teaching attend there. Your family may react with resistance. That is very hard, but remain respectful. God bless you. Ask for His guidance. Your stance for Christ can be a wonderful testimony to your family. God bless you. Sometimes following Christ is hard but totally worth it.
I'm so sorry about your parents. I hope you have children that are following the Lord as well as peace in God's goodness.
Thank you for doing weekly teachings. God bless you and your ministry.
Yay!! I am so excited you will be weekly!! I look forward to this on Fridays! You do such a great job answering questions and I always learn so much!
Hey brother Mike been following your channel for a couple years now and it has blessed me tremendously. I refer to your teaching regularly and send them to people that I come across having questions and needing bible thinking responses. Thank you for your thoughtful and careful obedience to the call on your life. Can’t wait to meet you and hang out in eternity brother.
Thanks Mike! I really like the shorter... mostly weekly... format. Bless you ☀️
Great stuff as always Mike. Always appreciate your patience and humility!
I like you doing the questions weekly. Thank you! It doesn’t matter how many questions you answer to me. Just happy to see new content weekly. 😊
Your answer to question 8 was very Informative and helpful! Thank you for the scriptural explanation and reference as well!
My jewishside family always referred to “children come out” as premature birth. Which does happen when a pregnant woman falls or is crashed into.
I pray for your ministry. I am learning so much with you pastor Mike
Mike Winger my brother, thank you so much for taking the time to answer questions, very nice of you to do this. you to Sarah Z. Gods blessings
Hurray for every week! 10 questions is fine. God bless you, Mike, and I thank you so much for your faithfulness in this ministry.
Mike's answer to Q6 blew my mind. I have never heard such an explanation of the Law which I thought I loved before and will have to watch a few times to really absorb all these glorious truths. Thanks for the new format and longer answers for each question! Welcome back to weekly Mike
@mike winger thank you SO MUCH for this thorough and clear answer ❤
Thanku for this,mike.

Thank u so much Mike for answering my question!!! God bless u
I love it! 10 questions worked great! Couldn’t even tell you weren’t live! Can’t wait till next Friday. I should be able to join the livestream! God bless you, brother!
Great to Get in so Quick!
I think 10 questions will work well, it will help to stop you feeling like you need to rush through them sometimes. Love your work man, thanks so much, you’ve helped me so much in my walk (and actually helped me come to faith little over a year ago!).
Great video…thank you pastor Mike
I’ve recently began considering starting a CZcams channel for online ministry. And thanks to your encouragement around the 20 minute mark I think I’m gonna do it. I still have to figure out the specifics but thanks for the encouragement and thank you for your ministry it has blessed my life in many ways
Love the 10 questions. Thank you
I watch you all the time!
I so appreciate you and your perspective, and teaching, you are so clear, you are so thoughtful. Thank you for teaching the Bible.
I really needed this today. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your ministry.
I personally like every week, thanks mike
On drugs/alcohol, this is similar to your recent video about coffee. It's not the substance that possesses the sinful nature. It's the consumer.
Mr Winger probably won’t read this, but, thanks for directing us to your Jesus in the OT, I’m very much loving it and year passion for it is contagious so thx for that. Been a true blessing finding your channel, you and Steve Gregg of narrow path, have such knowledge and the ability to teach, I’m truly blessed thanks and God bless
I love your teaching
Thank you Mike for answering my question (mine was number 4) and what you were saying is generally true especially with more charismatic churches of which I am a part of. I don’t want to belittle people who say this type of thing but want to respond in a thoughtful way, thanks again!
Best wishes. It seems to be challenging to get through to people who have bought into these errors.
Hello Pastor Mike! Thank you for the amazing effort you put in with your ministry. I particularly enjoyed your Jesus in the OT series, and I might well revisit it in preparation for or alongside the Hebrews Letter series that I am eagerly awaiting as a big fan of your wholefood catering.
Liking the new format
As always Mike interprets brilliantly
Thanks for this!
Mike's response to #4 was perfect!
Hey Mike! thank as always for this QnA time. @30:40 there is a lot of great information on the specific word Paul uses, paidagogos, as this was a household servant with a specific position that included more than simply being a school teacher or tutor
Your prayer was for me
Thanks again Mike
When I hear the comment "Too little Spirit, too much Bible." I think of a church I attended that provided 3 different sermons every week, 2 on Sunday and 1 more on Wednesday, and it was encouraged that we attend all of them. By itself, it all seemed reasonable, except you could see that all of the studying was only a substitute for living a Spirit filled life on the daily.
Great teaching. I always learn something here. I do hope you get your Q and A stuff situated. Seems complicated lol but things do change. God bless you
Loved the illustration of the law and grace and your niece. Cute but also very teachable
Thank you Mike!
❤❤❤glad to see you again!!!
I think ten question is actually far more practical👍
10 questions for more frequent videos is actually a better way of doing things. Glad you're doing this pastor Mike. 10 - personal relationship with Jesus? All Christians must relate to Jesus as Lord; relate to Jesus as Savior; and relate to Jesus as God
I like the broken up 10 questions with more videos!
If someone is abusing/harassing someone and claims Christianity as a defense against accountability, to quote Dr. Phil: "I call bs on your bs."
Mike winger ten questions every week 😄
Good day everyone. If I may ask, does anyone have any good Bible teachers other than Mr.Winger? I love his content, but I know its important to have a variety. Thank you.
You should make 6 into its own video 🙌🏼 so good
The story about your niece and her toy as an analogy for the Law was perfect!
I see inflation finally hit the Mike Winger 20 Questions videos.
Can't wait for a Mark Winger top questions answered book - Prophesying 😃😃 - cool jacket !
I like the way you answered every question. You answered according to the scriptures. Not necessarily 100% correct but you left room in your answers to not be 100% correct. Well done.
Exodus 21:22 is LITERALLY a case of just read the next verse lol.
10 questions? 😢... pray all is well with him. Thankful for his wisdom
This is part 2 from last week. He went so long, he said he'd cover the other 10 questions this week - lol
Ooh... okay. Thanks for the clarity.

He’s trying changing things up a little. Instead of 20 questions every other week, he’s doing 10 questions every week. Same amount on average, but broken up a little more.
Ive been cooking steak when watching this and it turned out great. Thanks for all you do.
Hey Mike, not to change the subject, but what happened to your Gummy Bears jar? That was like you trade mark! LOL 😂😅😊
It's on his bookshelf behind him! 😊
The story about the toy is one of the best explanations of the purpose of the law I have ever heard. You need to clip that.
I just read this in Proverbs and your face came into my mind ⬇️
Proverbs 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
Proverbs 4:8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
You’re a good example brother-Bible-thinker!
Hey Mike, huge fan of your content! You’ve always been a beacon for biblical truth, and I have a very serious question I’ve been struggling with. I recently watched a documentary about Christianity, and the topic shifted at some point to St Paul and St Peter, and how they didn’t get along, neither did Paul’s gospel affirm Peter and Jesus’s gospel. Is Paul capable of being a charismatic who we assumed was surely an Apostle, by only having seen Jesus in visions?
Just read Ex. 21 again a couple of days ago. Agree with you
I think the Ten Question format is going to work well for you. Your mind will be sharper throughout your whole streaming event, imho. Also you will not feel or seem as pushed to quickly (and perhaps less adequately) answer questions that are being addressed at that end of the livestream. It feels more comfortable. And frankly, you seem more relaxed. (Although this session might be slightly misleading on that, since it was prerecorded and you may have had the chance to look at the questions in advance.)
Great answers on #4 and #10. The mysticism involved in the so-called "spirit-led" relationship thing reminds me of some missionaries I met once, who asked me to read their book and pray about it and see if I get a "burning feeling". My answer is: I do not know what is truth because of an impression or a feeling. Faith is based on the solid evidence of the Holy Bible.(Scriptures whose geography and history is agreeable to evident facts and whose Divine Authorship is substantiated by supernatural harmony, accurate prophetic foretelling, and life-changing effectiveness in the lives of those who truly believe, not to mention those who wrote them.) Anything purporting to be truth, or to be of the "Spirit", must comport to that Word of God.
Ill happily take 10 Qs anytime. Mike your always a blessing. Plus on a selfish note im ready for the Hebrew verse by verse! Lol
