Born and raised in Berkley, Michigan, Marshall Crenshaw has been making wonderful records since 1982. All Music Guide says that "he writes songs that are melodic and emotionally true and he sings and plays them with an honesty and force...". Right on. For the All Star Revue, he performed a song from his latest and greatest album, Jaggedland.
