I think that all function should be preset from factory, and customer have to select only the current time and number of the people. Also - there should be some very basic memory with battery for cases of the power failure !!! Otherwise this unit is great...
@@Aquasure how do I manually activate the system to regenerate at its next default time and not immediately? (2am) I think it says to the press the far right button once but not sure.
I bought one of these and it’s clock runs fast so every time it starts it’s regenerate cycle it is always about 1-2 hours sooner than you expected. Not cool!!!

I just wasted $700 on this product. Plus $650 for a plumber. Aqua sure has no one you can call to get help with. I received a defective head now I have to either pay plumber again to install new head or send back total unit. I choose to return unit. Don’t trust aquasure at all. Don’t waste your money

You should include how to start a manually set gen cycle. Many new owners don’t know how to manually start a cleaning cycle
To start a manual regeneration, you will just need to press and hold the cycle button on the right hand side for more than 5 second.

I had a problem with my head as well and within a couple hours had a new one headed to me so keep keep trying
