    4:29 Robo Aleste for Sega CD! I used to play that disc in my CD player and listen to the amazing music! It reminded me of MUSHA for the Genesis but WAY harder… still watching but I wanted to comment on that before I forgot 👊🏼

    Excellent video! I still have this EGM (September 1993, 50 issue) GamePro (September 1993, Issue 50). I have a tons of EGM, EGM2, GamePro, Tips & Tricks and other magazines I bought in the 90's as a kid.

    Newly Subbed. I wasn't even aware that you had a channel. Great Video, bro! I love reminiscing about the old days. I had a Gampro Subscription from 1993-1996. Loved every issue. Awesome Collection. 👊👍

    I have tons of gamepro and Nintendo power mags. I had all of the gamepro mags but they got stolen so over the past few years I been buying them on eBay.

    great vid as always. underrated channel. i had the snes version and loved it even though no blood. had both a snes and genisis but genisis fighters just had less colors and grainier sound. i think of it like this sega genisis was for platformers and action adventure titles while snes was for high quality short games. snes had the best fighting games though. sega had excellent games with small sprites like ecco the dolphin , xmen , jungle strike , flashback, gunstar heroes, jurrasic park etc. but when it came to colorful games with great music snes edged out the sega slightly. sega had more memory for longer games though. tmnt tournament fighters on snes was a gem. genisis version was ass. literally played superstreetfighter2, mk2 and ki every day on the snes for years. great times

    Yea snes was a good port on graphics and game play but Sega played nothing like the arcade but hey it had blood ha

      Going to have to disagree on gameplay. The SNES CPU is completely different. Genesis version is pretty accurate to the arcade. Just played it this week.

    hated egm always thought they were full of crap and gave crappy reviews also didn't like their mag layout - not enough screenshots, loved videogame players. liked the other game mags though i was subscribed to sega visions. always wish i could get nintendo power but it is what it is.

    • @GlaciusXL
      @GlaciusXL  Před 11 měsíci +1

      Well, some of my favorite issues were EGM or EGM2 with their 300 pg specials. But I liked most games mags. GameFan, Tips & Tricks, PSM etc. I had Sega Vision too, then they stopped making them and the subscription was transferred to something else.

      I STILL HAVE MY EGM ISSUES IN A BOX EVEN A 300 PAGE BOOK, I JUST HAD A PERSONAL ISSUE WITH SOME OF THE WRITERS / REVIEWERS THE BOOKS WEREN'T ALL BAD I JUST THINK SOME OF THE REVIEWS WERE FULL OF CRAP AND THAT IT WAS A BIT OVERRATED. IT WAS OK. STILL CLASSICS EITHER WAY. VIDEOGAME JOURNALISM HAS CHANGED SO MUCH NOWADAYS.@@GlaciusXL
