I like all the Exotic places they run Major Chess Tournaments, sad for me though as Australia never hosts anything as far as Chess Goes.
I'm guessing Australia doesn't have a big chess culture.
If Australia invests in chess surely Tournaments will be hosted there. Look at Netherlands

Well it's because of the economic situation.
India also has a great cities ; So why are there so many Indian immigrants? It is normal for a person to immigrate for study or for better job opportunities 🤷
