Very moving story, Salman saheb. Characters like Qadir Bakhsh add meaning to life. And kudos to the versatility of your observation, ranging from history, geology, geography, and breathtaking human emotion.

I think you will have to apply to the Department of Highways, Punjab to acquire the both. If you can, please do make an effort to save the Queen. Qadir Bukhsh might already have moved on.

Very emotional and amazing. I opened this video a few days ago but couldn’t bring myself to watch it, as the title suggested it was going to be an emotional ride. I watched it today while I was unable to sleep, and perhaps the rest of the night will go wondering about life and it’s uncertainty. But this is such a great video. I even “stole” all the pictures at the end of the video by capturing screenshots 😅 it gives an aura of some peterpan story but based in punjab with punjabi characters

Thank you, Attiya. It is indeed a kind of Peter Pan tale.

These are the vagaries of life. Keep documenting them sir, else we will lose these small bits of history. I have so many such small snippets of life passed down to me by elders which my kids have no interest in!

No surprise about young people having no interest in stories that we think are tale of real life.

Indus queen and one steamer along with some boats is lying abandoned near the bank of Indus river about 1.5 kms away from kot mithan and perishing slowly. A very nice and detailed vlog by RATAS HUSSAIN explorer is available on U tube.Recommend to see.
