- Hey guys welcome to todays video where I literally ranking each and every single Kirby game ever released from Worst to Best. This was tons of fun to do and will definetely have some of you mad but I did my best to try to put each one it a respectable spot and explain why I did so. I dont understand the Triple Deluxe criticism, Dededetour's last two bosses can be a bit tough and The True Arena is fairly difficult even if not to the same extent as in PR or Soul Melter EX from Star Allies

I'd have to disagree with you on Kirby Battle Royale, I see it moreso as classic Mario Party minigame chaos, but with Kirby instead. That game did something completely unheard of in a Kirby game: Sleep Kirby being actually able to fight. He attacks others with a pillow he has. Also, Whip Kirby was completely overpowered, as you could use Whip to grab your opponents, then toss them into an unfavorable situation for them, with them not being able to do much about it. I enjoyed that Kirby game so much, that it was the last nail in the coffin for my 3DS's circlepad, which already had taken heavy damage because Smash 4 3DS version. During the final battle of that Kirby game's story, my Circlepad shattered under my thumb, leaving me to need to tough-out the pain of pressing my thumb hard on the stick that was all was left of my Circlepad, to bring the story to a close. Also, Dedede somehow got ahold of a printer that prints clones of Kirby. Also, fyi, Battle Royale games don't always mean how Fortnite did it. There's another definition of Battle Royale: 4 players, duke it out in some way, to be the winner, with no teams of players

Same, it's such an underrated Kirby game, and so overshadowed by Robobot despite the fact that Robobot copies TD's storyline, also why does no one give respect to Return to Dreamland, it started this format, it deserves more love

Kirby Dream land 3 SNES is my favorite game of the series
Super Kirby Clash is actually one of my favourite Kirby games lol, I managed to beat the game in about a month without paying anything

So right on number 2. It is so innovative and is actually much harder than the far too easy regular ones
Bro major bias showing on DL3, I highly fucking doubt people hate it considering it is literally the first direct sequel in the series, and i only ever hear praises of said "dark matter trilogy"
It's also one of the harder Kirby games for real, especially to 100%
I bought it when it first came out, and agree that it was a major downgrade from Superstar and Adventure, especially the pace. But I also don't know what he means by it being too easy.
@@almightycinder downgrade my ass. Super Star was great but it was broken and the AI was shit. DL3 is only slightly slower than Superstar movement wise

Another correction: Kirby's Avalanche is not a Dr. Mario clone, it's a Puyo-Puyo clone. Dr. Mario you need to clear things on the screen by lining up 4 things in a row or column. While in Puyo Puyo, the different color things can be cleared just by having 4 of one color touching each other, regardless of the shape they make when touching. Seriously, how can you not see the Puyo Puyo signs in that game? It uses the same exact sprite things that fill the roles of Puyos that was used in Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. Seriously, it's the same exact sprites. Could you PLEASE do your research properly here? You're only exposing yourself of your mistakes. Not mad, just heavily annoyed.

Like someone else said, not even a puyo clone. Just a straight up puyo game.
Also look up Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine for the Sega Genesis. Same game was cloned just with Sega sprites added in.

good video, although I really did not agree with this list at all, putting triple deluxe lower than tilt n tumble just felt so weird
it felt weird how long of a lap triple deluxe and robotot had on this list
i agree that robotot being the best kirby game but other than the robot gimmick, its more of triple deluxe (which isn't a bad thing)
Planet Robobot is overrated as heck
I personally think Star Allies is the worst of the main line games because they don’t offer a more challenging difficulty for completionists where as other Kirby games do. Also the game practically hands you lives thus removing any difficulty whatsoever. I am really excited for Kirby and the forgotten land!
imo all the free dlc for SA made up for the lackluster story levels! the extra playable characters and Heroes in Another Dimension mode satisfied any completionist urges i had, though I still like PR and RtDL a lot more as single player games.

The people who critized star allies arent haters. They game cost 50-60 dollars and had less content than two 3ds games that came out years before it and it released unfinished. Also triple deluxe wasnt critized for being to easy and actually had portions where u had to think. And this is xoming from someone who played through it again when I was 13-14 and it still had challenge
the SNES version of star stacker is still called Kirby's star stacker but the English translation was named Kirby's super star stacker

Haven’t played much of Kirby but just bought Kirby and the forgotten land and am super excited to play it. I’ve only played Kirby Star Allies before the new one and I personally found it really boring and dull but I’m hoping I love the new one.

I like Star allies even though I haven’t played it because of the smoother shapes,the lighting,variety of playable characters and distinctive colours.Oh,and also i like the modern stuff cos it feels cooler than the old version
Even if Triple Deluxe is an "easy" game, is pretty relaxing to play, tje music, the levels, the 3D use in every atsge is stelar in this entry, Planet Robobot is great but Triple Deluxe is charming and fun :3
Edit: Epic Yarn is sooooo boring and doll, that game is in the place of Triple Deluxe in this list.

I've got the GAMEBOY game Kirby's Dreamland, and I've played it on my GAMEBOY ADVANCE SP console. The Kirby game I have on the Nintendo 3DS is Kirby Battle Royale. I have played Kirby Star Allies on the Switch, but I gave it up. I'll buy Kirby & the Forgotten Land if I can, it might turn into my new favourite.😂

To be honest, Kirby fighters deluxe came out before smash 3ds, and likely existed to scratch that smash itch until it finally came out.
On a side note, kinda surprised you didn't talk about the Kirby fighters game on the switch. Or if you did, it was very brief. At least that one had a story mode.
Huge disagree with the Dreamland 3 entry especially since the puzzles to get the heart stars can be pretty tough to understand, and you need to do those puzzles in order to 100% the game after all. Plus, the Kirby series doesn't seem like the type of series one would play exclusively for challenge but more to relax with a nice platformer. Though to be fair, that's very much a "your mileage may vary" thing. If it weren't for Dreamland 3 and Dream Course, I wouldn't have gotten into the series in the first place. I'll admit, Air Ride is pretty damn challenging when you're getting that achievement checklist filled. ^_^

My favorite kirby games are, The Amazing Mirrior and Planet Robobot I haven't played much kirby games.
SSU is by far my favorite.
Maybe Kirby Super Star Ultra is better than you described it, pervhe adds many appearances, some forgotten by God and others are so epic that they could be considered as a piece of franchise (maybe even more than the trilogy on Dark Metter?)

But while I personally didn't agree with Planet Robobot being number one.
(If you wanted to know I actually really dislike Robobot) but I know some people really love the game and i cant bash them for my lack of taste in the game.
Though with the new release I'm still happy as it kinda felt that the series started to fade from relevancy with the release of Squeak Squad (No offense)
I just didn't see people talking about it as it went just like the donkey kong series.
Turning into a platformer that's good but has a lack of identity as there was nothing really setting the games apart.
Nevertheless I'm still gonna pick the new game up.
It actually seems like a game that might kick it back to the franchise it once was.
One thing I never enjoyed from Planet Robobot was Meta Knightmare Returns sub-game. This is because of Special Moves from collecting Meta Points shrugs off my playthrough difficultly. Galacta Knight returning sums as "been there, done that" since nothing much as changed. (Thankfully Star Allies and Super Kirby Clash fixed that.)
@@thatman666 Yeah I do like the concept of playing as meta knight but I think he should have more moves so it doesn't get too repetitive.
I also do agree that meta points kinda ruin it for me and that goes for every appearance of them as it doesn't matter as you can just blast past the game without having to do much.
I do think that the meta knight sub game is fun and I quite enjoy it when I play meta knight but the point system just ruins it for me.
@@motivationposterchomik4567 I don't love Robobot either, It overatted as heck and overshadowes Triple Deluxe and RTDL, despite them both being better games. Also, people say Robobot has best replay value but also forget that RTDL started the style we have had for the past decade.

My favorite will always be Kirby's Adventure. It was one of those rare games that made me and my friends go back to the NES even well into the SNES and Genesis generation.

Kirby's return to dreamland was honestly the best game for me
Amazing Mirror is one of, if not the, worst mainline Kirby game. The level design is ass, and the "Metroidvania" style harms it much more than it helps.
The fact you get to use meta knights sword through out the game after beating it is worth it
So glad the original Kirby's Dreamland got appreciated on this list.

It's only thanks for the added content, Star Allies went from a mediocre game to 8/10 game. Still loved it because of being able play as characters from past games.
