Very nice! When I carried my B6 A4 2.0T Quattro to car meets people asked if it was a diesel ALL THE TIME, lol! That high pressure fuel pump does have a diesel sound to it!
Paul has been a great help, has always helped me out with the parts I need for my VW MK5 R32. Good to see your car transform with couple of those mods and good to see you both collaborating together !

FMIC without doing the turbo on the RS3 even with tuning will just make it turbo lag and not enjoyable to drive. I'm not changing any exhaust bits because ours has the best factory exhaust package and it sounds perfect as it is. I think I'd be annoyed if I changed it. Probably won't even tune it.
That final pose was definitely the icing on the cake for this vid lol I didn't even think we were allowed to do such outrageous mods like open air intakes in this country.

Dude 034Motorsport this is in my neck of the woods I got my Carbon Fiber intake kit from them for my Audi SQ5 also my STAGE 2 ECU Tune from them he he he. Wife doesn't know yet LOL! We have Been Audi Family since 2001 when I first got my Nogaro Blue Audi S4
Definitely sucks not having a place to wrench. The ultimate goal is to have a shop at home, but that seems to be more and more out of reach for most these days.
Always love seeing some car content. I had to sell all my fun cars, so this is either living vicariously through other people... or torture. But I'd highly suggest upgrading those worm gear clamps on all the intake plumbing to some t-bolt clamps if you start pushing more boost.
I've had more issues with T Bolt clamps on cars than regular hose clamps over the years. They unevenly distribute pressure on silicone joiners and let boost out. Never had that issue with regular hose clamps.
@@GearSeekers Interesting.... never had that issue with t-bolts. The worm gear clamps sealed just fine for me as well, but after a certain boost level, the silicone couplers couldn't hold and would just pop off. But if you're not having problems... no need looking for a solution.
I loved my audi. the best tech and power and awd. but man do your need a serious job to afford doing anything to it whether you're fixing it or modding it
@@GearSeekers They did transition, didn't they? But true story, prior to that, they all gobbled up Audis. A lot of tech guys tho, love turbo cars. WRX. GTR. BMW inline-6 turbo. And of course Audis. Infinitely more customizable than naturally aspirated cars. First thing they think of is .. how much can I increase the boost? Kind of like overclocking, you can't help yourself lol

My first mods on all my turbo cars have always been intake, FMIC, DP, and exhaust with a Stage 2 tune. I look forward to seeing more like this!

The exhaust has a valve system from factory. I can change the volume on the steering wheel.

The RS3's seem really popular in Australia! We get a few of them here in New Zealand but not anywhere as much as the 2.0t stuff like R's and S3's.

Now you let the car breathe better you need to do the exhaust and the tune without the tune you won’t see much of a difference just the noise
