Agencies have to communicate the reasons of appearance in writing so that summoned individual will have clarity and transparency on the subject matter and can respond accordingly.

And if we are trusting kejriwal or modi for that matter are blind. I believe the summons that were send would have contained everything. If the summons had nothing, why did he not place in record in public domain, he would have made huge political gains and ED action would have been proved. The question of debate should be "how can a CM get arrested without clear facts and proofs presented as of date and should not be based on a pressurized statements".

The primary duty of a lawyer is to help the Court in unearthing the truth of the crime. But lawyers today sold their conscience for a few coppers/rupees and hellbent to save the criminal knowingly.

For that, you need to understand the PMLA law that the BJP govt meticulously changed , where the law says you are proven guilty until proven innocent . The ED or law enforcement can arrest you anytime they feel deemed.
The question should also be directed to the incumbent govt and ED as well. Who filed the case in 2022 and claimed that sufficient evidence. Now after 2 months before the election, he is arrested and ED is requesting time to prove the money trail.
If you need to ask questions it should be asked to one and all.
Not giving bail after some days of custody / interrogation does it becomes a political issue ?

Trial courts rarely go against the prosecution much less the ED. Not much can be expected at this stage. Even high courts are avoiding to adjudicate. The simple fact is that charges are not brought to trial for years while the accused languishes in Jail . In case after case after many months or years the person is let off without the case going forward. The principle of speedy trial is completely lost.
