The third song is all about weed. The first verse he says

First big clue as he mentions breaking branches.
Secateur are garden shears and he uses it as wordplay for "I SHED A secaTEAR".
When he mentions his 16 darlings he's using a feminine descriptor because he has 16 female plants and only female plants grow buds.
He mentions the bills she pays because he's been reinvesting profits from growing and selling.
Then he's saying financially he doesn't know how he'll get by if he stops growing and selling weed, but he has to.
