Hi, my name is Kalia and I live in the US and I was wondering if you could help me. I've never cut my hair or permed it. Ive kept it natural all my life. In middle school I started twisting it with a blow dryer and in high school (secondary school) with a flat iron. And now it feels brittle and its getting shorter! I think I might have split ends as well :( What do you recommend I do to rejuvenate my weak hair. Thank you for reading this it means a lot
