I hope this helps you safely place your bike on stands. I would advise getting someone to spot you for the first few tries till you get the hang of it. I will shoot another video shortly on how to use the single sided swing arm stand and A fork triple clamp style stand, which is my favorite front stand because it enables you to remove the forks as well. if you have any questions, message me on Instagram.
