Thanks for sharing this. I was in Taoist Tai Chi for two or three years in my 20s. Well, life got busy. Here I am, thirty years later, coming back to Tai Chi. Thanks!

I studied in a school that had T Y Pang as its Teacher. This form is very similar to the Yang style as taught by Master Pang's indoor students. What a lovely upload, thank you!

you may continue tai chi yourself whenever you sick by effort, because it can improve your bad conditons to better by chi.
The chi runs from our body daily and mantains our life too.
Tai chi origins from taoist so many years and for better life of Chinese years as well.
Continuing tai chi practising by habit is important for life.

It is interesting that you wearing the T shirts and name tags from Fung Loy Kok, yet are not crediting the organization that taught you Master Moy's teachings.

As a student of Mr Moy since 1975, who attended the meeting where Mr Moy requested that his taichi form be called "Taoist Tai Chi," I find this all very sad.
His express wish was that it not be called Moy Style after his death.
"Fung Loy Kok Temple" later re-branded "Fung Loy Kok Institute of Taoism" by Mr Moy did not teach taichi.
The various "Taoist Tai Chi Societies" founded by Mr Moy and his students around the world have been renamed / re-branded "Fung Loy Kok" for tax reasons and to consolidate the power of the individual(s) now running the remnants of Mr Moy's legacy.
A few months before Mr Moy's passing, sitting on the floor speaking with one of his closest students, he said: "The taichi you know will die with me." What these guys are doing and what I've seen from recent "refugees" from "Fung Loy Kok" suggest that Mr. Moy was correct. Very sad!
