UBCO 2x2 AWD EBIKE Demo Day in Portland!

Have you ever seen this ebike before??!! Well if your like me I hadn't til a few days ago so when I heard about a UBCO demo day at the Moda Center I was in. The event turned out to be a blast with the Portland Trailblazers mascots Blaze and Douglas Fur bringing the good vibes while UBCO brought the sweet rides! In this video I show you the day's festivities and we get a highly informative interview (w/Joel from Marketing-thanks again!!) along with a unedited POV test ride on the 2x2 Special Edition in Green. The day was a blast and its easy for me to support a local company with a innovative product.
I've ridden ebikes for over 5 years and this bike is truly unique. Going a top speed of 30 is not what this bike is about, you're missing the point if your focusing on that. This is about getting supplies and tools to locations you need a 4x4 for. Hunting trips. Loading hay. Think of a truck and how it can tow things but not go that fast. It's meant to haul and tow heavy things so it's got torque. Places everywhere on the frame to hang and store items. But the fact is it handles the streets pretty dang good too. The weight of the bike is actually good as it gives you a super stable nice ride at all speeds.
My initial impressions say this ebike is really well made. It's a high quality product and if your getting dirty with real off-roads or hauling stuff, this might be a top choice for you.
While it's a tad bit pricey I think it's worth a good look if you can use it. Have something to pickup or move and this bike most likely can do it....Which is simply pretty darn cool!!~
