After hearing that orges and halflings are known to work together rarely how isn't there a story similar to gotrek and Felix but ogre is the man eating monster wanting to fight while halfling cooks him food on adventures

Ninja Ogre is a real miniature and it gets me every time.
I never knew how badly I wanted the Ogre race to be included in the Total War WH universe. I also imagine ninja ogres would hunt like alligators... camouflaging and lying in wait far in advance. I don't know how else it could work but it would be terrifying to stumble upon.
Ninja Ogre is officially my favorite thing in Warhammer.
I would love to see in Total War Warhammer 3 that the Ogre legendary lord tells the adviser in Mortal Empires to be quite half way through his introduction in a new campaign to be quite for talking to long

I run a squad of scout sniper maneaters on the tabletop. it's hilarious. Imagine being the guy who has to keep watch of the camp and 3 ogres sneak past you and assassinate your commander with black powder weapons before sneaking back into the night. That would feel bad.

I know it's got to be a ton of work but the Q and A's are by far your best work. There are thousands of channels where you can watch people game, but there are very few lore channels. And your the best lore master by far! Keep up your excellent work! We really do appreciate it!

31:43 I have the theory that there actually aren't any real chaos ogres, and what we know as chaos ogres are just maneaters that went north and adopted the local culture, just like a maneater in the empire would adopt empire culture and wear their colors and heraldry.
All you need to be a chaos oger is have some mutations like trolls

Its like the Empire Caravan trade hub safe haven against all the greenskins, chaos dwarfs, and other nightmares of the Darklands. Marlon Eyebiter has had more sons and grandsons than any other ogre. He's like the Craster of Crasters Keep (GoT). Its not in the Mountains of Mourn is what makes it significant to the trade route.

As a person who was strictly a Total War and wanted to learn more about the setting of Warhammer, thank you.
In relation to the ninja ogres Pathfinder (maybe DnD too) has a very small population of ridiculously stealthy ogres. I forget if they were touched by the shadow plane or if there is something weird with their skin or what. Point is I played one for a campaign and it was an absolute blast. Truly my favorite Rogue ever.

I hope we see maneaters available for the empire and dwarfs when Ogre's get added, HOWEVER they should be from a different recruitment pool in the campaign so the AI doesn't just spam them at us.
warhawk9566 I could see the pain now. Me running around as chaos having just recruited a couple chaos ogres and feeling good. And then the empire rolls in with 6 armies full of man eaters to crush my dreams and look for order tide prevention mods 😂

Sort of odd possible reason in lore why age of sigmar ogres call Great Maw Great Maw, some ogres were time displaced (it's said most races save elves were during the history of the world and this is how some ended up in the realms of AoS), could it be that these ogres were among first ones and they just though they were back hoe, seeing great maw?
Also Sotek... the Huns aren't from Mongolia... the Mongols were...

What if they rework diplomacy and make the third campaign be Kislev vs chaos.
In Chaos’ campaign you would have the options to unite chaos and or recruit Beastmen, Undead,Chaos Dwarves, Ogres, Dark elves(not nurgle) and maybe even dark emissaries (Be’lakor) who would summon fenbeasts
Kislev’s and most of order’s campaign could be all about holding back chaos while sending Armies and agents to recruit allies. That might include the order races, some undead (most Tomb Kings and Von Carsteins, Saltspite, and definitely Urika), southern kingdoms, Cathay, Greenskins and similarly Ogres. Dwarves. are the only ones who can ally with chaos DWARVES, they would have to defeat Hashut In a glorious battle.
(I know he’s a god. Nagash is way stronger than Hashut. Be’lakor might be stronger than Hashut.) To me it feels like they hit and it that the Chaos Dwarves would want peace if not for the the influence of Chaos.
@@stilloading5652 chaos dwarfs do not want peace they consider all races beneath them and nothing but tools to built their empire and they particularly hate the normal dwarfs cause they consider them traitors and Visa versa they'd happily kill each other if they didn't have so many other enemies that were more immediate theyd hate both sides so I'd make sence they be the neutral faction that would fight everyone along with the ogers and the greenskins

if they are adding in the ogres, why not add Araby or Cathay? Ogres are obviously Mongolians it’s so clear which is a way worse depiction than any stereotype portrayed in Araby. Also Dark Elves are the US and Canada
It's more about popularity and lore then stereotypes both Cathay and araby wished they had as much lore as the ogers or be half as popular
