Honestly can’t stand when people start yelling “one more song” when did that even start? I guess when concert tickets started costing an arm and a leg. Either way, a bunch of greedy bastards. Just keep cheering and clapping and whistling. If a band is set to play more, they will come out and play more. Otherwise, you get what you get and in Tame Impalas case, be very grateful for they give you. KP is top 5 greatest artists of this generation. Let’s show him appreciation when the shows over. Not begging for more.
Its called a fuckin encore, and its been commonplace for over 60 years lmao. Its a compliment to the band, not a “we’re entitled to it!!!” Like you make it seem. Chill out lol, it’s just fans who love the act, and its a staple of concerts to do encores

And for a festival slot go ahead and feel sad or mad at the band when they don’t come back out because their time is up. For bands that have a set list that includes coming back on stage for three more songs, it’s already happening so cheering and clapping is going to do the job just fine. And by the way, go and listen to or watch any live recording before 2000 and you will never hear people yelling “one more song.” Only applause. In the case of Tame Impala at Desert Daze, it was announced when the lineup release that he will be doing Lonerism in its entirety. That all that was promised and that’s all that we got and I’m happy with it. And you bet your ass that I cheered my ass off. But I’ll tell you that I didn’t feel dumb when the band didn’t come back on because I wasn’t yelling one more song
