Repent and live in repantance , fast and pray , especially the jesus prayer , become humble , when someone lets say speaks ina bad manner to you , notice how the ego will want to start to defend itself , immediatly pray to GOD to make you love this person like christ loves us , thats surrendering to GOD and not to ur ego .
