The use of "What A Wonderful World" is so perfect here, and just one of many reasons that this movie is comedy gold! Other reasons include the Penguins, King Julien, and Nana beating up Alex.
So sad that after that and Second one we got Third movie and Penguin spin off… like wtf Dreamworks after first two the third are the worst.

My favourite thing to come out of this movie was the Penguins of Madagascar TV series. The Penguins were always the best part of the movies.
The Penguins of Madagascar series was used to be my favourite show while eating breakfast when i was a kid. And i still watched the series just to have fun and i gotta say, it's still aged very well for me 😂
I had low hopes for the show but every single episode had me in stitches
The penguins are iconic and 5 minutes I just love how much Jon is buying into this animated picture

That is 110% true what he said about Lions. Last time I went to the Philadelphia Zoo, all the Lions were asleep. Thankfully the Tigers were up at the time. 😅
They sleep for twenty hours, you have a really narrow window to see them

Yes I did and I would give it a strong 7/10 for the first one and yeah it was a bit boring at times and the plot just really didn't make sense at some moments but the animation, humor, and resolution carries. But Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is way better and has better plot, animation, and enjoyable characters so you'll definitely like that one ^

When this came out we watched it every single day over and over. And at school me and my friends would repeat quotes throughout the day and it was just one of those movies that was sort of "trendy" for us, that we were sort of addicted to for awhile. 😂

This movie was a big part of my childhood ngl. Even now I still find it hilarious. It just has a really weird, zany sense of humor that I can’t exactly explain.

The Melbourne Zoo in Australia has a great lion encloser. They have a large area for the lions to run around in and the is a platform you over the encloser. You can see everywhere in the encloser. You can always see the lions whenever you visit the zoo.

Madagascar's incredible and it's incredibly underrated and the penguin steal the show most of the time 😅. Does anyone remember that wish version of Madagascar lol ( The Wild )
This move is a classic for me but it may be mainly because I grew up with it. It may not be a tearjerker or have a lot of sentimental moments, but it does have a lot of heart to me and the dynamic with the characters is brilliant. I hope you guys continue to watch more!
