    As a nutrition and dietetics student I would not recommend any to follow these types of diet trends,they obviously help to lose some kilos but that is not your body fat its just the loss of your lean body muscle this again later lead to rapid weight gain and constipation,hair loss
    And Oh my God the thing which he mentioned about fruits is absolutely unrelevant.Weight loss is not something which will just happen in 7/10 days you need to dedicate atleast 6 months to see long term results by taking sustainable diets.
    Also exercise is very important.Carrying out atleast 30-40 mins of exercise 3-4 times a week benefical it releases the stress hormone.

    Thank you for this Paras, I do not why people do not understand this very simple way of loosing excess fat. This is EXTREMELY safe, given you have sufficient body fat to support the fast and you take electrolytes (K, Na and Mg) for anything longer than 10 days. Autophagy is something everyone should read about. Like you said, HGH is the max after 72 hours of extended fast. This has been proven to be the only way of anti-ageing. I have lost so much eating a lot but doing OMAD (17kgs in 2 months) and I haven't felt better.

    Average maintenance calories needed to maintain with no exercises: 2200 cal. 7 day no eating creates a deficit of 15400 cals. 7500cal eqauls 1 kg roughly. So total weight loss 2 kg at most.. that too considering higher end...

    Hey since you lost 4 kgs in 7 days with fasting .
    I challenge you to share pictures of your before and after body composition . Because it is very clear that in those 7 days your metabolism would have crashed and you would have lost alot of muscles along with fat .. And ultimately that fat will come back again because your metabolism has gone down to a great extent .

      Fasting promotes growth hormones so you don't really lose muscle mass if you have a lot of subcutaneous fat.

      @@TheRishijoesanu This is only applicable in case of over obese individuals with BF above 30% .. For guys with BF at around 20-25ish range this 7 day fast is a disaster . I have done it and know the results .

      @@shwetasingh2556 When you are at lower body fat than 25% like me.. Then most weight that you lose comes from muscles and hardly any from fat .. It is a recipe for disaster to lose weight through water fasting.. But I believe everyone shall understand only after suffering themselves .

    I have a few questions if possible please answer:
    1. Is there an alternative for apple cider as for me it gives me reflux.
    2. After the one week fasting do you do workouts and how frequently you do, will it be for 1 hour or 2 hour and how many times a week will you do.
    3. Can I take my multi-vitamin tablets while fasting?
    4. Does our nutrition level come down in our body?
    5. During the meal phase can I have dairy based food like milk etc coz in normal days my last meal is 7-7.30 pm and first meal is at 8-9am so let me know if that would be okay or not.
    Please do share more about fasting. Please answer my queries.🙏🙏🙏

      He is not a doctor. I already see lots of problems in his plan. Also having fruit to break fast is recommended by Drs. Heavy food will give body a shock to digest directly. This crash weight loss is not sustainable. Intermittent fasting is really good if followed correctly.
      Eat food before sunset always as metabolic rate decreases after that. Check Dr or nutritionist recommendations.

      Hey, what exercises did you do to loose 7 kg in a month? I have army medicals and I am unfit because of 10 kg extra weight.     Hey, Pls mention in your video, that its a FAD diet it will surely have consequces, nutritional deficiencies, being a nutritionist its my responsibility to request u to pls spread correct information.
    Fasting is good but this isn't fasting its starvation it can lead to ,various health issues specially vitamin deficiencies, constipation, hair loss ,dark circles... It might have worked for uh due to supplementations ,bit common people have to consult a professional before starting this ,or else they will land up to trouble .

    when you start again having food your waight will be back how many days you will be on fasting, may be you can do fasting for 1 years after that you start craving for foods then your weight will come back you can't control your weight untill you start doing workout and exercise.
    maybe fasting is good for your health but every body is different, empty stomach your acidty will incress and will be get health problem so better counsult good doctor and and certified fitness trainer which can help you for long term good body toning and health lifestyle

    Itna dimag hi nai lagao, i simply abstain from food for 4-5 days only drink water and when m hungry again after 4-5 days i start eating. Follow this every 2 months and ur digestive and immunity system will thank you. Only big problem is khatta dhakar on 4th- 5th day.

    Very nice description on fasting❤ Ofcourse everybody makes a disclaimer that dont fast if u are pregnant and breastfeeding etc but come and visit ladies in bihar and up they do multiple fasting even during pregnancy and breastdeeding with great enthusiasm 😊
