⭐️ INFO: 12 Kettlebell combos, alternating between 2 exercises, each exercise is repeated. We are going to work for 30 seconds on each exercise (30/30/30/30) with 30 seconds REST, each round goes for 2 and a half minutes 😊

Stumbled on your channel while looking for kettlebell workouts cos i was worried about being away for work and not having access to a gym and only having a 6kg kettlebell........
Well holy heck 😳 i lift 4-5 days a week 100kg DL, 70kg squats etc and that was HARD! The sweat is pouring off of me! I'll take this next month of doing your KB workouts as a lesson in needing more functional fitness, thank you 😊

@@WorkoutWithRoxanne It was definitely hard but great! I think that the combos give me a much better workout than the other videos because I definitely feel it more the next day. You make weight training a lot less tedious lol

This was great, thanks Roxanne. I used a combination of 16KG and 20KG dependent on the exercise and rewinded at the end to half way through to make it a 30 minute workout.

Your kettlebell workout series is great👍. I always find 10-30 minutes. Sport is a must for me as a 40+ man with an office job. I sweated a lot here and will probably do 1x8 with a 1-minute break first. And I won't mention that I only used my wife's 4kg kettlebell for this....🙈.

Wow, I liked the general format of this, but it was WAY too fast for me. I had to slow down all the reps and skipped the last series due to being wiped out. Even 5-10 sec transition time between moves would have very helpful, if only for safe setup.
