I would love to see SL Deadlifts in your next vocal instruction workout. I always feel unsure of foot placement. Thanks for the videos!
Front leg is straight with a slight bend in the knee.
Step back with the other leg on your toes lift your heel. This is the supporting leg only and this knee will bend when you perform the movement.
The back leg is just to keep you stable ❤️

Hi ☀️ How many calories does this workout approximately burn?
It would all depend on your age, weight, height, HR during the workout. I’m sorry I can’t give you a number because it’s all individual ❤️ I would suggest getting a HR monitor or watch for an accurate ‘calorie burn’ 💪🏼☺️
What kettlebell weight should I use as beginner?
Hey! I would recommend 6 kgs to complete beginners. But it depends on how strong you are to start. This weight could be too light and you start with 8kgs. I am using 10kgs for reference, ENJOY ☺
@@WorkoutWithRoxanne I’m a guy but when I google most recommend that men should start with 12kg but it’s too heavy for me I lose balance when I follow workout in this video and I get lower back pain. I think I’m going with 8 or 10kg
When you go too hard too soon your back can over compensate. Fatigue can cause the lower back ache too, be sure to take breaks and maybe start with a shorter lower body workout like 15 or 20 mins. Focus on engaging your core when doing the movements too this will help keep the spine stable. 8kgs could be a good start, if your new to kettlebell training going light and focusing on form is great at the start 💪🏼

Hi lovely, You can buy any kettlebells to do this workout and they are 10kgs but go heavier or lighter depending on your level ❤

Great effort 💪🏼🔥 Don’t feel discouraged 😊 there are plenty of workouts to choose from to find the right fit. Try a shorter workout or even using a lighter weight to start off with 👌🏼
