Pastor Cecilia Chan (Pastor Lia) is a former journalist at The Straits Times, preacher, cancer survivor, worship team builder, trainer and CEO (Chief Entertainment Officer 😛). In 1999 Pastor Lia founded Heart of God Church (HOGC) Singapore with Pastor Tan Seow How (Pastor How). Even though it’s been over 20 years since the church started, its average age is still a grand old… 23!
