Pastor Cecilia Chan (Pastor Lia) is a former sports journalist, preacher, cancer survivor, worship team builder and trainer. A serial discipler in her essence, Ps Lia has dedicated over two decades to building 7 GenerationS of young leaders in HOGC and raised a Deep Bench of homegrown senior pastors.
This visionary has grown the church from 9 youths to the thousands, building the worship and media teams from scratch with youths trained in-house, which now have hundreds of members from Gen X, Y and Z, and most recently - Gen Alpha! This is all while the church’s average age remains at a grand old… 23!

Pastor Lia preached this before Phase 2(HA) and we were so encouraged. Now that we are reverted to Phase 2(HA) again, more than feeling discouraged, we are determined to made in the middle and hold on to the promises of God!
