You can’t imagine how much you mean to me: When I was in elementary school I was in a chess club and I loved it. I was never good enough for serious tournaments but as a kid it didn't matter for me. I just loved playing. Maximum age for that chess club was ten and after that I never found someone who liked to play chess with me. So, I just stopped playing.
Your channel got me excited again about chess (and showed me that you can play chess online which I didn’t knew existed). And therefore, over 15 years later you got me to play chess again. Little 11-year-old me would be so happy if he knew that I would be able to play chess again and even on a daily basis.

I received my copy today (UK) and just read Ch1 then followed the QR code to the online examples. It was well set out and easy to follow. I particularly liked the learning summary with QR code link at the end of the chapter. I’m looking forward to working my way through the rest 👍👍👍

I was thinking about new series covering the origins of certain openings, their first uses and something about the author. I know educational content isn't as popular, but I think it might find its place among the usual fun content, news, current game covering etc.

I'm not a beginner at chess anymore so sadly I won't be getting the book, but if you ever make one that is for more advanced players I will buy it as a way to say ,,thank you for the many times you made me laugh while I was far away from home". Hello Levy, I learned playing chess 3 years ago watching your “how to win at chess” series. Now I am 1800 rapid (in the 0.3%!!) so thank you ❤ I struggle at 1500 blitz though, and I don’t understand this big rating gap between the two formats… any suggestions? Thanks again!
The rating gap is normal. I am 1800 rapid also, but struggle to keep my blitz over 1700
