The Broadlink tc2 is a smart light switch that works and a traditional light and also can be controlled remotely from a phone application. To be able to control it from the phone application a BroadLink RM pro device must be installed, the rm pro communicates with the phone application through the WiFi and via the internet, and the RM Pro send the orders of control to the TC2 by using RF (radio frequency) 433. MHz.

كلا, الغوغل هوم هو فقط للتحكم عبر الاوامر الصوتية. مفتاح الضوء ليعمل عن بعد بحاجة الى الرم برو بكل الحالات

Can we use it without RM Pro?
To control it remotely from ihc application, the rm pro is a must.
@@doobarasmart Yea,, I bought one and found that I need a hub. This is a disadvantage, other brands don't require a hub.
@@free4iraq650 each product have advantage and disadvantage, the advantage of RF is that you will have a very wireless wide range so you don't need Wi-Fi coverage and less traffic so you can install as many light switch without creating any traffic on your Wi-Fi router. also, the hub can control IR and you can add another rf device to it.
The other wifi light is also good of course but the issue that everyone will face eventually is the wifi traffic unless you buy an advanced router and install repeaters.
