Us kleurlinge have been trying and failing to “stand together” as a community. When fathers of children and husbands of wives can step up to the plate and be real men that build strong families then can they tackle and overcome community issues. It all starts in the family circle!

I wonder how much money it would it take to flush out Mannenberg of crime and make it a great place for the children and parents to grow a proud community with good schools and decent jobs for the parents. I understand why the young one want to join gangs, but they won't feel that need if they had all the stimulus they need to grow from proper education and care. All parents love their kids in a way it could not be explained. We should look out for our future people. We may not be here much longer, but our kids will.....

If there was a program where each super-wealthy can sponsor with their pocket money such a community each. But then I am thinking shouldn’t the country already have all the wealth it from the natural resource extractions to deal with this?

Why coloured people that i see here in varsity are all light skinned but those in the hoods are all bit dark??? Do they bleach their skin when they come to varsity or what???

Coloured people are mixed race and they tend to marry and have kids with people from different races, so there's going to be a broad spectrum of skin-tones. Coloured people in "the hoods" tend to stay in the hoods, it's hard to escape, and have kids with other coloured people in the hoods so there's probably going to be less of a skin tone spectrum.

Jy vra nou sommi skoon kak, ons mense is besig om mekaar uit roei dan berus jy jou met n sinnelose vraag soos dai. Fok jou man.
