Make this easy, healthy and tasty crab and corn soup from scratch. This is way better and healthier than instant mixes available in the market today. You can also make large batches of this soup and freeze so you will have instant soup when pressed for time.
Ingredients can also be frozen like corn and crab stick for future use any time of the day. Cheaper and yet very satisfying soup you can make for your family. Enjoy!
Crab & Corn Soup Ingredients:
1 whole corn cob or use canned corn kernels or cream of corn
5 pcs crab sticks, shredded
1/4 cup or stick of butter or 2 tbsps of any oil
1 onion, sliced
5 to 6 cups of water or broth
1 beef cubes or you may use any broth you have
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup water for slurry
1 egg beaten
Fish sauce
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Sesame oil and some dried or fresh parsley (optional)
