Analyzing All Aikatsu's Story Dresses

- Akari Generation had some of the most unique ideas in the franchise so far. Coming off season 2, it seems the team was interested in trying a lot of new stuff. One of those things is the Story System.
For a while now, I've wanted to talk about them but it took a while to put together. Now that it's here, I hope you enjoy it

I love that you've added the Fairy tale cords that never got animated in the series. I also remembered Aoi wearing this gorgeous Futuring Girl dress for the Photokatsu on Stage, "Chocolate Show Time", and she look like the Snow Queen. That would have been perfect for her.
It's been over a year since I made this so I must acknowledge a few errors:
Juri's second PR is Aladdin and Akari's red and green coord is the flying carpet...duh
Also, I was fully aware of the Town Musicians of Bremen but somehow missed all the animal motifs...it was a different time i guess.😅
We were robbed of Aurora Fantasy's Red Riding Hood Coord for Maria which was exclusive to Photokatsu, as well as Otome's Big Bad wolf! This is one of my favorite systems, but they could've done so much more! Thank you for making this video. Despite being very old, it's not outdated and holds up pretty well!
I'll leave a list of missed Fairy Tales Aikatsu could've done:
1. Red Riding Hood
2. Rapunzel
3. Goldilocks
4. Jack and the Beanstalk
5. Puss in Boots
6. The Snow Queen
7. Twelve Dancing Princesses (this could be a unit collection!)
I really love that one bear coord from Photokatsu which I assumed was a Goldilocks Story dress. I didn't know about Red Riding Hood though. I'll check it out. Given the amount of stories and the length of S4, they definitely could've rode out the popularity of fairytales
@@cureice definitely! I'm not sure the story system could return, but if we get a Phokatsu sequel game, I would be surprised if they confirmed these dresses as story coords while adding new ones!
I loved the Aikatsu story dresses, they are some of my favourite outfits in the Aikatsu franchise ^^ All of them are so cute and creative ^^ I would say the Swan Lake outfits, the Nutcracker outfits, Madokas Alice outfit and the Bremen March outfits are my favourites ^^ I just looked up the Bremen March story and it was from the Brothers Grimm Fairy Tales about four animals who wanted to run away from their masters and become musicians ^^ Great video as always ^^

The story system is the best thing did by aikatsu if we talk about design, truly unmatchable
I loved the fairy tale system, I wish there had been more stories like Beauty and the Beast, but overall I really liked it, and I don't see a problem with Akari getting a lot of PRs after all she's the protagonist, but I would like other brands to have more chances to shine with other PRs
I wish they had made a Spanish short story to serve as a PR for Juri for example, as much as I love the Cinderella coord for me it doesn't give off the "sexy" vibe but the different shape in the photon on stage gives me more of a sexy vibe than the normal one 😅, the same goes for Hinaki in the nutcracker, it gives me the "pop" vibe but not the pop of the brand, in the photon on stage gives me more of a "Vivid Kiss" vibe
But overall I loved it
Do you think you’ll ever cover the fashion of another section of the Pretty Series? Like Pripara, Pretty Rhythm, or even Primaji?
I will probably cover Primagi since I like a lot of the coords.
I love this theme from aikatsu, btw I think planet's new theme is units I believe

@@cureice well I think they might make a s2, I think the web series is trying to hype up the movie, I just hope aikatsu isn't dead after the movie, but I do feel like aikatsu planet is trying to reuse the unit idea that aikatsu friends had, still wish we got full episode English subs Rather that the bloomy Cafe portions
I thought Señorita Scheherazade Coord was supposed to be based on Aladdin. I thought they were the genie, Aladdin, the magic lamp and the magic carpet.

Right??? If they kept the system into S4, we could've had a Goldilocks PR with similarities to Angely Bear
