First of I love your cake it’s absolutely adorable and ur so talented I do have a couple questions if that’s alright 1.what was ur recipe for the cake .2what frosting tips did u use and 3.the recipe for the buttercream frosting
Sushmitha Korrapolu I use buttercream frosting on my cakes. Wet the back of the fondant using a paint brush with water. That makes the fondant sticky and will attach to the cake. Hope that helps😊
Hi I love your cake! I have 2 questions is the frosting whipped frosting or normal buttercream? And could I print the pictures on normal paper and just put on top of fondant?
Brenda Vazquez I only use buttercream frosting on all my cakes. You can use reg. Paper you would just need to take all decorations off before cutting the cake.😊
Hi.. I’m going to use fondant for the first time on my cake.. When should I stick my fondant pieces after frosting? I mean time gap..how did u attach the fondant pieces to cake? Is that any gel or water?
Love this creation. Have to make a baby shark cake for a 1 year old and found your creation better than the others. What tips did you use for the decorations around the cake?
Sean Howard Hi, thank you so much. The tips I used are #4 for the reef and bubbles, and a #352 leaf tip from Wilton for the seaweed. The sticks are bamboo skewers.
@@MagallyCakes I will follow you. My business is on Instagram as well. I just started really getting into selling cakes. I've baked all my life for my family and decided last year to take that leap.
@mariahulmet526 0 seconds ago Hi! Loved watching you create this cake! My daughter is obsessed with Baby Shark and I want to create a birthday cake just like this for her Baby Shark Two Two themed birthday party soon. I am not the best at frosting cakes but will practice. I have one question - did you make your own buttercream? If so, what did you do to color all the buttercream shades?
Hello, what paste is that you add on the characters? And on the red number? Also is it buttercream that you colored in those different shades? First time trying to do my son birthday cake and I am scared to mess it up🙏🏽
I'm making my son's 4th birthday cake like this! First time for me. I've already got everything picked out to order but I do have a question and it might sound dumb but did you use food coloring to get the blues, green, yellow, and red? If so, do I just buy regular white buttercream? Want sure if you used store bought or did the food coloring
Mamabear Mariah Hi, thank you so much for going with my design!! I would love to see the outcome!! To answer your question, I did start of with white store bought buttercream. I use Wilton food colors to dye all colors except the red. I always buy my red, just to have that true bright red color.😊 Hope that helps!! I have an Instagram account where you can see all my cakes. Magally.flores.18 You can send me you picture there😉
@@MagallyCakes I definitely will let you know how it turns out!! Thank you for the inspiration 😊 one more question if you don't mind... what food colorering colors did you use for this specific cake?
Im gonna make this for my sons 3rd birthday next month. Could you tell me what size round cake pan did you use and how many? Also, how many do you think this cake would feed?
@@MagallyCakes Hi! About to make this for my daughter's 3rd birthday! When you say you used two 10 inch round cakes, one filling in the middle, what do you mean by that? Did you bake two cakes or three? What filled in the middle?? Thanks!!
I would love to try this m a beginner at fondant, can u please tell me the size in inches of the baby shark edible pictures to adjust a 2 kg cake please
Hi I loved this cake I would like to know if this is store bought butter cream and what brand ?? Also do you do anything to the buttercream like whisk it or something if it is store bought or homemade ? (:
Hi love your cake super cute!! What was that you used a towel to smooth it?!?! I have never seen that before... but it worked awesome!! I normally use hot water on a long plastic scraper lol
Eleesha Ramsarran you could use regular paper, cut out the image and put it on fondant. Just make sure to take everything off the cake before cutting it.
Como hago el merengue porque siempre que hago no se queda con la forma de la boquilla (uso merengue italiano) no queda con la forma no sé cómo hacer si sea más duro o qué
