This man truly needs no introduction. With over 34 Million followers and 7 BILLION CZcams views, this bestselling author, podcast host, purpose coach, and former monk is FINALLY here and I am truly honored to bring Jay Shetty to the Ed Mylett Show!
We all have a desire to experience more happiness and more success in our lives and this interview will open your eyes to all of the power and purpose that already lives inside you. Your life will be transformed by this powerful conversation and I can honestly say this is one of THE BEST and MOST TRANSFORMATIONAL episodes of all time.
Jay Shetty is dropping gems on how to navigate these unprecedented times and find CALM IN THE CHAOS. You’ll learn how his teachings as a monk guided him to be able to create peace and calm from within, REGARDLESS of the circumstances that surrounded him.
We get REAL about the difference between believing you can be anything you want in life VS being GREAT at EVERYTHING you ALREADY ARE… and the difference between your TRUE CALLING and the dreams we’ve fabricated by playing the comparison game.
Jay even reveals the morning routine that ANYONE ANYWHERE can do that will prepare you and protect you from the battles life will throw at you.
From being able to identify your TRUE purpose in life, to unleashing the hidden greatness within you, the energy from this interview can be felt by anyone who watches or listens to it.

For me when Jay said "The scale at which you succeed depends on the depth of the problem you solve". I hope that's exactly what he said. As a leader at work I'm often surprised, although I shouldn't be, at how people have no idea sharing problems but don't try to solve it themselves. Jay said it within a different context I believe like innovation but even simple problems that arise people love to just pass it along without a solution or at least the root cause so we can find the solution together. I look for that with my team. Some have it many dont

Finding a new way to do something that they've done one way since they learned how to do it. Without words, this is type of behavior is very motivating to others. This was such an insightful and uplifting interview. I listen and follow you on CZcams and and listen to your podcasts Ed. I love all of your content and your interviews. And after hearing Jay I want to look into more of his work and get his book. About two summers ago I was fortunate enough to be on a retreat where we had a monk be a speaker and we got daily insights. I was even fortunate enough to get some one-on-one time with him. It was life altering to say the least. Thank you so much for all that you do Ed.

Ed! That was fantastic and so enlightening. I had heard of Jay Shetty and wanted to check him out. Then I was in a challenge with Nick Santanastasso and he HIGHLY recommended you. Imagine my joy when I jump on and find that the first podcast on deck is with Jay Shetty! I will now follow both of you for more of this goodness! Thanks for what you do and I look forward to being on your podcast or sharing a stage with you one day!

This is a treasure indeed. The think or act skew is something that got on to me, and I realized that recently. It so helps if someone extracts the juice and serves it straight, just for you :)

Excellent video! We are both in our 80's and are all about healthy aging. We still strive for a purposeful life, healthy body, a calm mind, and a positive outlook. And we feel better than ever! *We try to inspire others.* We are doing research for our new tiny CZcams channel and learned a lot here. Thank you and keep it going!
