We need to do better by the ex-incarcerated in terms of accepting them back into the community and equipping the community the receive them. Not sure how that should happen. Social workers, Criminal justice reformers please chime in.

My thoughts originally of this show were, here we go again, black people trying to fit into "white "world. Not another oversexed bro who spent time in jail. Of course, there's the whole broken, unloved, and unwanted black woman angle. Then you shared your story.The other side to all of this. The truth is that these things do happen, and a lot of lives are changed by it. Thanks for giving me a reason to continue watching this show. Love the actors regardless of the shows content. Great interview.
